Upland Steam Company

Upland Steam did an excellent job on cleaning my carpet and upholstery. They were also very accommodating by fitting me in their schedule before the holidays. I would highly recommend them to anybody that need their carpets or upholstery cleaned.

I have spent 25 years in carpet installation and hardwood business. My father started a carpet cleaning company when I was a teenager.
I trusted these people to do a good job and they came out four years ago and my carpet was brand-​new, and it turned out great. Second trip out the installer was in a rush, the stains came back within 30 days. I talked to the owner via email, and called the store to explain the situation. They just would not listen to me. They kept saying that stains flow to the surface and that it’s not anything that they did incorrectly.
They claim to be very business ethical and have won several awards. I’m not buying any of that. There’s just a certain attitude there that I don’t appreciate. Maybe I pushed their buttons and perhaps I sounded a bit arrogant because I know about carpet. But having been on the service side of the industry, I try to be nice cause I understand that owning a small business is difficult.
Bottom line is go elsewhere! There are plenty of carpet cleaners out there that can do a better job for you.

I was turned onto this company by my parents who have been using you guys for years. Which is weird because my parents are the type to find something wrong in every ones work, so to know that you came highly recommended by the pickiest people I have ever known growing up was reassuring.
You guys came out a week ago to clean a few area rugs and a high traffic spot in my sons room.
— The high traffic area came out looking phenomenal. It literally looks like brand new carpet.
— First area rug was just aged and dirty, again that came out looking like it did the day I brought it home from pottery barn.
— Second area rug was a complete mess. My oldest dog had surgery on her ear and later tore the stiches causing her to bleed on the carpet. The blood sat there on the carpet for two weeks. and was told that the blood might not come out due to it staying in the carpet for so long. But with out fail you guys were able to remove it.
— Third area rug was the dirtiest due to my other dog who is just the worst. he has no concept of peeing inside is a huge NO-​NO. but again this was removed with no problems.
I am totally pleased with this company and now see why my parents have been so loyal to you guys for so long. I would highly recommend this place to any one. Prices are super low and it comes with phenomenal service. thank you so much you guys I will be calling again when we need a great cleaning.

Great service, always with a smile. The technicians are very polite, thorough and conscientious. We have used then on multiple occasions. We have bad dogs…;-). they make buying locally a pleasure. So courteous. I look forward to your next visit! !!

These guys are awesome! I won’t use anyone else. One of the few family owned businesses left out there. Head them for the past several years and never had a complaint about them. Here on time and great employees!

I’m a great believer in water as a base for cleaning carpets. They are family owned, I believe. The best.
