I am being nice and giving this a 1 star because the management lady that massaged me was nice. I went be cause I had a gift card which I have had for 3 years!!! Every Time I call they have nobody to massage. Finally I said then I am coming in for my 25.00 back. Oh then they got somebody !! She started rubbing my neck etc. I said just rub my feet !! Her hands stunk and the lotion stunk! Thank god for the hot towels at the end. She rubbed my feet ok I guess. This place is strange!

Well, the management, which used to give awesome massages, is now administration. The newer workers are just not as good, but still descent. Now, I tried to use my 10 times, one free card and since Jessica wasn’t there, the workers there would not honor it. That isn’t right. It has no connection to the quality of massage, but if it did, probably would drop another star.

This place just gets better Jen and staff are the best clean. This place has gained alot of business sense I first started going here. I Hope they maintain quality and do not forget about your repeat customer who have been coming here sense the begining.

Just got out of a massage, which wasn’t the best I’ve had nor the worst, but what really disappointed me is being told the dollar amount to tip. When I handed her my tip she said «oh I’m sorry the tip is $_​_​.» When I said I wasn’t giving her any more she said «ok, just telling you for next time.»
«Next time.»
Yeah right.

I WILL NOT RETURN! I paid up front $ 60 for an hour and a half massage, I told them my neck was really hurting and that I had a lump in it if they could please focus on that and they did everything but my neck. When the lady was done I tipped her $ 10 and the women at the front desk told me «she really good you tip more» as she was rubbing her fingers together in a gesture for money. The lady that I tipped then handed the money back to me and put her hand out. Needless to say I was recommended by family and after this unprofessional behavior none of us will be returning. on top of that the massage was not even that good. I felt taken advantage of there. It is also very hard to understand them, they should have someone there that speaks English and there language to translate WHAT WE WANT! My neck still hurts!

Hard to communicate with therapist (does not speak English).
Requires $ 10 minimum tip. A tip is gratuity for satisfied customers, why is this required upfront when the service has not been rendered? Massage was not something I’d come back for. Far better massages elsewhere. Overuse of oil and not wiping it off. I left practically oozing with oil on my body and hair. Payment is also required the minute you enter. Again, when service has not yet been rendered. Odd.

I have been getting massages for years from other professional establishments due to some whiplash when my car was rear-​ended. Although I have seen results from other places, I would have to rank U-​Spa at the top in terms of helping to relieve pain and stress, courtesy and cleanliness. The staff are very caring individuals who provide a great service at a very reasonable price. I recommend them very highly. You won’t be disappointed.

I went to this place on 1÷5÷13 and may not return! The massage was okay… but, I was a bit turned off when I was not only asked to leave a tip immediately after the provided services (mind you, I paid prior to receiving services), but to INCREASE my tip (she said with a smile)!!! So, for that reason, I may not return. That was bold and rude, considering that they have only been in business for a few months and trying to build their clientele.

I tried this place within the first couple weeks of opening and it was pretty good. It felt like they were still working the kinks out (not out of me but the business) but it was still a pretty decent massage.
I got an hour long foot massage (which was $ 20 but now i think they’ve gone up to $ 25) but it was definitely more of a mixture of foot and back. They spent about 30 – 35 minutes on my feet in the open foot massage area, then they moved me to a private room and spent about 20 minutes on my back. The moving to a table was different; usually foot massages are a mixture of feet and body but it’s always done in the chair.
Overall, it was o.k. But I’ve had better massages about a block away
so I probably wont return. Plus Foot and Body spa is still only $ 20 an hour.
