The only reason this place gets 1 star is because I can’t give 0 stars. I usually call on the phone to make my payment, because it seems like every time I go in there they are either(1) closed or at lunch, or(2) the old ladies in the office take FOREVER to process a payment or assist another customer. Like FOREVER and I don’t have that kind of time. The problem that has now happened TWICE is that I call over the phone and I give them my credit card and let them know I have THREE storage units but they seem to be unable to actually charge me for all three… so, I have gotten two letters threatening to sell my stuff. WTF? When I called and told the lady that I had paid over the phone with my credit card and questioned why they had failed to apply it to my three storages, her response was«if we are not meeting your needs, there are other storage facilities.» RUDE! That is TERRIBLE customer service, especially for a customer that is renting three storage units per month! If you want service that is rude, slow, and inept, this place is for you!
