Rosedale’s Flowers & Gardens — There is a very kind lady who works here and their flowers are more than reasonable. She helped me pick out the vase and dress up the flowers real nice. I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of her flower arrangement. I bought the vase and the flowers for a fraction of the price I would have paid anywhere else. Very satisfied customer here, will definitely do business again.

Wow this lady is super rude! My husband spend $ 97.00 on an arrangement he thought was going to be delivered to me. I received the wrong arrangement and all they wanted to do was give him credit for $ 40.
I called to complain my self the lady who answered did not understand one bit of English. She answered «do you want to order flowers or not» talk about terrible customer service. Never again!!! If I could give 0 starts I would.

I’ll give this owner a one star for rudeness and very unfriendly. As soon as my husband and walked in she looked like she didn’t even want my business. She even charged me more than what the price is on line and I told her that I rather do my business somewhere else she said that the other flower place does not do a good job. I would not mind spending the extra Money but I rather not spend my money on rude and unfriendly lady…

We recently purchased a premium bouquet for a friend in the hospital. When we went to visit our friend we saw the bouquet that was delivered and it was not at all like the flowers online and what we felt we paid for. We asked for the difference to be refunded in a premium vs a standard bouquet. We were told we would receive $ 8.00 credit for the delivery fee when we spent over $ 70.00, we were then told if we wanted a refund he would proceed to pick up the flowers he delivered in the patients room while she was still laying in bed sick. This by far is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never recommend this place to others or return. Why would anyone pick up flowers they have already delivered from a sick woman’s bedside instead of refunding money that is due.

Frankly, I’m impressed that this place has been in business for as long as it has, especially since I ordered a corsage from here for my senior prom date back in the early 80’s (and thus carbon dating myself back to the Jurassic period.) Since then, I’ve been a regular customer, using them to send flowers out of state, as well as locally, and I’ve always been satisfied with their service. In fact, I was here this last weekend, to pick up a birthday bouquet for my mom’s birthday.
I know you can order flowers and stuff online, but I guess I feel more comfortable ordering from a good, ol’ fashioned brick-​and-​mortar business, especially one that’s stood the test of time.
Located on Foothill Blvd., just east of Euclid. It’s on the north side of the street, right next door to Sizzler.
