Premier Body Sculpt

This place is trouble from the start. To start with, the clinic has software problem with electronic patient applications so I entered all my info and hit «enter» and every info was lost so I had to re-​enter everything again. Went in and did the sculpt and according to the technician I lost ¼″ — ½″ inches on some area. But what she measure before was between the mark line on my thigh and post measurement was below the line (which was the slimmer area since the lower you go on your thigh it does get slimmer). Not to mention, when I tried to finish with my 2^nd treatment I called to make appointment and the receptionist said they don’t have open spot on that day. I asked her to see if she can call me when patient cancel so I can take that spot and she said yes. I also asked her to leave a message or text me if I am not available. A few days later someone called, didn’t leave a message or a text. Such a terrible customer service! I called back to talk to the receptionist the same day. The receptionist said that the previous receptionist has just left and she has no idea why I called so I had to repeat the whole story over with her. Such a waste of time, don’t buy the groupon to try this place! You will only get more stressed out!

Real Doctor, Real RN, Real Credentials!!!
First of all I wanted to say that this place is in a Plastic Surgeons office. I went to another place in Rancho that I assumed was also in a Doctors office and I was shocked and very disappointment that NO Doctors were there (just estheticians) which was not what their website insinuated. Anyway the staff was very professional and I got right in. The treatment was just like they described and I lost 1 inch on my first session. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and then I got to speak to the nurse who does the Botox while I was there. If you want a real Med Spa with a RN on staff, and a Plastic Surgeon on site then this place is a one-​stop shop!!! I have already booked my next session and Botox too. If there was a way I could give them 5 stars I would of. Thank you Premier Body Sculpt and I love your new location. They are located in Claremont Village now.

Love this place. I first had a vi peel done which did wonders for the acne scarring I had on my cheeks, you can barely see it after one peel. Then I had a body sculpting treatment which left my post partum baby belly a lot tighter and a little flatter. I’ll def be back for more. Staff is helpful and I like that they’re in a plastic surgeons office now.

Upon arrival I came for my 4:30 Monday appointment and walk up to the front door and the doors are locked. Which since they called me the day before to confirm I would still hold the appointment they told me «excellent because we have a 4 week waiting perioid and want to make sure we can accommodate all our clients.»
This body sculpt is located inside a spa/​salon establishment.
I called back the 855 number and get the appointment line and they give me the cell number to a manager who tells me that his employee is with a client which is why she cant open the door at the moment.
Aware of the fact that id have to sign a bunch of medical forms for the treatment I arrived at 4:15pm. I dont understand how you have a 4 week waiting list and only staff one person on staff who locks the door without a note or anything saying when anyone would be back.
So I got in eventually.. this is a whole spa many rooms at least 20 or more, but the spa portion is closed monday.
During treatment they lady was nice and very easy to talk to but at the same time all I got was upsells… when I asked the price she gave me a range «oh about 150 – 175, not exact prices, how hard is it to have a list on hand in each treatmemt room… regardless all the upsells she offered were very expensive.
Perhaps my first impression before getting in the door lit my fuze and bothered me the whole day after leaving so I cant say ill be going back.
Dont go on a day the spa portion is closed. Thats all the advice I can give

I went to Linell to get my first body sculpt and in less then an hour I had lost over an inch! The before and after photos showed the definition that occurred in my stomach instantly. Linell made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable I’d definitely recommend her and I can’t wait for my next appointment!
