Still waiting for a response. Paid for Band Grandma tee weeks ago. The season is now over and have yet to receive the merchandise. Spoke to Nancy at last football game of season and she said it would be done the next week. Still, nothing. Have tried calling several times and and voicemail box is full. Looks like I may be out of my money. Horrible customer service. And completely disappointed. Still hoping I can get my money back or the merchandise.

Horrible customer service!!! Very un-​professional!!! My friend and I made special trip to their home business and told me it was based on appointment only. Asked us to come back 3−4days later to drop materials off for embroider service. When I texted her before dropping it off she told me I couldn’t do that because she was too busy. Even after explained what she told me before she refuse to accept or even try. I never had such a bad customer service who doesn’t keep thier own promise.

I hope this deters at least one person from doing any business here.
I was visiting my sister and asked her if she knew a place nearby that can some embroidery work for a gift i bought for a friend. She told me she had gone to Lynn Promotions twice and said they work was fair. Her complaint was that they don’t give you your items back when they say they will be ready. She told me the first time it was a week past due and the other time 2 weeks past due.
I dropped off my item in the beginning of October and was told they would need 2 weeks two put a tiny lil name on it because they were so busy. I told its fine as long as its ready before the month is over. The younger guy in the front told me something like this will probably be done within the week and not to worry about it. I called before the month was over when i was in the area and i got the voice mail telling me how they’re under renovation and would be calling customers when their work is complete. I called a few times left messages and nothing. Flash forward to now 4 months later and i still cant get a hold of them!!! i spoke with neighboring business and said lot of people come during the day pounding on the door looking for the owners. They also mentions they only come by very late at night.
I don’t get how a business can be so shady. I still am waiting on my item and it was custom made by a family member. It has sentimental value and who knows if they even have it anymore. I hope i get my item back and i hope they lose a couple customers. Unprofessional and conniving. I was promised work and by a certain time. I have been unable to contact them. The place is covered up and its the same answering machine.
Avoid this place and dont give them your business. They dont deserve it.

Unprofessional is a nice way to describe this company…
If you order anything from them, get it in writing… so they can’t deny what they promised.
They lie about lead times… if they say 2 weeks that is a lie. If they say 1 month, that is a lie too because we have surpassed both of those lead times and still no final product, no return call back either.
Don’t try knocking on their business doors in the late afternoon, no answer. They screen all of their visitors!
The women who works for this company has a foul and unprofessional mouth as well. Rude. They really need to take classes in customer service! Out of all the years I have worked in customer service I have never cussed at a customer nor have I been cussed at by a business until now. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business. It appears its their side business anyway so they don’t take it serious.
Ultimately, the cussing is where I draw the line and like another reviewer said, «shame on you Lynn Promotions» you don’t cuss at your customers!

Highly disappointed!
My daughter ordered 6 shirts 2 months ago and still has not received them. Myself as well as many others have made multiple phone calls to contact the company. Their answer machine says they are working for on all orders but they are closed and will call back. Ha, no return phone calls. We needed our order for an event in October. We are out or money, no shirts, no returns calls and no future business from our organization! All we want is our shitys. How hard can that be?
Shame on you Lynn Promotions for being such a flaky company and taking advantage of kids.

I had patches made here. They did a great job. They did the artwork and patches, at a reasonable cost. They were easy to work with. They never complained when I made changes. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really nice work, very happy. I would have given 5 stars except we had a little miscommunication and waited 3 weeks for my jacket. I recommend that you are detailed and extremely specific about what you want down to the size of the font/​color/​location/​grammar. Can’t go wrong. Go with time they are busy so give them a month to do your order.
Lynn Is extremely helpful and sweet they really came through for me in the end without hesitation or argument. Which I am beyond grateful.
They do awesome work anything you want and prices are affordable. Love it and will come again. Everyone wants to know where I got my letters so I will definitely recommend this place!

My son has had patches made here quite a bit. He recently had a very large patch made and asked me to sew it on his motorcycle jacket. I’m hesitant because I don’t want to mess it up! I called Lynn Promotions to ask if they can sew the patch on his jacket or if they know someone who can? The young man I spoke with was VERY friendly and helpful. He said absolutely they can sew it on and it’s only $ 6 per patch. Wow! I’m so happy they offer this service, as well as making the patches.

You get what you pay for. Cheap prices but terrible work and even worse customer service. From one small business owner to another, step it up.

This place is great. Lynn is a pleasure to deal with and the service is really inexpensive. They have sewn a few patches on backpacks and sweatshirts for me and their work is superb.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Was promised a price and a set date for pick up. My order was not ready until 10:00pm that night (closing time at 5:00 pm). I came in, two days later without receiving a phone call hoping my work would be done and was told a higher price than was agreed upon. I asked them to honor their price on the invoice and was attacked. Then, the owner noticed they messed up and made the embroidery too big. They agreed to honor the price of the shirts if I paid for their mistake on the blanket. I asked if we could come to a better resolution and was replied with a rude «All I need is a form of payment» from the owner. Feeling attacked and shocked, I reluctantly paid so I could get my belongings and leave. My old invoice was quickly shredded and my receipt and card were thrown back at me just before the owners retreated back to the shop with no response. These people were very nice, until I asked them to honor their price. Again, absolutely ridiculous. Their employee even said to the owner that he told me he would honor the price. en said to the owner that he told me he would honor the price, and she rolled her eyes and shooed him away. Would give ZERO stars for customer service if allowed. Pretty sad for a private business to ruin such a nice area.
The comment of ⁶⁄₂₉ is false. I ordered 2 times before with no problems except late turn around times. I was not offered a full refund, my materials were rudely snatched away and withheld until I obliged to pay. Literally left the place in tears from how rude these people are.
