Made us pay up front, focused extensively on the buttocks (what?), and asked for additional $ 20 on top of $ 10 tip. Will not go back.

I write this review in hopes the owner will make changes here for the benefit of the masseuses and clients. Ok I’ve had good and not so good experiences here. I’ve too been sent away and told to come back in 30 min even though I showed up on time for my appointment. I’ve had 2 real good massages here and the girls walked on my back which is great. The last massage I had was so so and I felt like the girl was just winging it, sad to say. There’s no receptionist (at least not when I’ve been) and I’ve had the masseuse walk out a few times during my massage to answer the door! I still went back after this because I’m nice, and because I really liked the massage. So this is what should change:
*Hire a permanent receptionist to answer calls and keep the schedule book
*Please have clients fill out a form so we can choose the pressure we like and where we would like the most work done or not done
*Don’t ask for payment until after the massage is given. It’s just in bad taste.
Every other massage spot does this and it makes customers feel cared for. There are some great masseuses here and I’d like for them to have more business and make lots of money but a few improvements must be made.

Gave this place a shot after reading the reviews & I’m extremely disappointed with the service. Made an appointment for a 11:30 am, once I arrived I was told to come back 20 mins later. Came back at 12 & had to pay up front. I got directed to a room & the massage didn’t begin till 12:15, i’m not sure I would even call it a massage. After about 30 mins she asked if I’d like a table bath, I accepted it being free for my first time. Once the hour was finished I got dressed & gave her a tip to which she replied the bath was $ 10, after a couple minutes of going back & forth I decided to give her the 10 & leave. stupid on my part. If I were you I’d avoid this establishment!

It depends who you get as a masseuse. I arrived one Saturday and the lady said they were busy and I should come back in an hour. I decided to wait in my car and 15 mins or so later a man walks in and I was thinking he would be told the same thing I was. He dint come out so I decided to go in. This time a different masseuse greeted me. I asked her if they were busy and she said no. I tried to tell her that the other lady said they were busy but she said that I was the second customer. I felt discriminated against because the lady lied they were busy. Anyway My massage was great and I ended up tipping the lady who did my massage well. I have returned since but only request Perris. she takes her time and doesn’t rush the massage.

I gave this spa a try after seeing the good reviews. Upon arriving, I was asked to pay up front for the massage before receiving service. The massage itself was poor. I wanted deep tissue work on my aching back, neck and shoulders, with a focus on working out the knots, but the massage was not much better than a back rub. I did not intend to leave a tip, but as I attempted to leave, the masseuse asked if I would please leave a tip. I informed her I was not pleased with the service. She told me that tips were the only money the she earned and that «everyone who comes leave a tip».

I went to there with my friends for many times. it is a very good place, the staff are very professional.

I very happy enjoy my good time with my girlfriend. I went there with my girlfriend. She liked massage. It’s good place. The manage gave us discount. My girl so happy about that. The price not expensive, I hope I can go there again use my Discount Card.

I went there with my friend. It’s quite and clean place. The staff very nice to me and offer some drink like green tea and coffee. I prefer green tea. Massage price not so expansive. I very enjoy it and relax my body. I hope I have a chance to go there again. I will introduce it to my friend.

It is an amazing experience. They are extremely professional and I really enjoyed the time there. The staffs are friendly as well. I went there once a week with my friends. It was the most relaxing time in the whole week.

The staff at Here go above and beyond to make you feel special. know that you make a difference in your guest’s experience and life by providing such an amazing smile every time we asked for something. At our check they offered coffee and some delicious chocolates

I have enjoyed every minute getting my massages. The staff is always friendly and the facility is relaxing. Very professional!!! This place is a must if your in need of a relaxing facial or massage. I’ve been 4 – 5 times now and have had different masseuses and it’s been consistently good…

I’ ve been here wednesday for 90 min. Deep Tissue. The girl was very strong and nice.
She find every piont what I want, It’s fantastic. I will come back.
