She is very kind when she did my friends and my makeup for prom. But I feel she focuses on her own makeup rather than her customers… I felt like the makeup was caked and I showed Her a picture of how I wanted my makeup but she didn’t really do it like the picture at all, there was like 4 colors of eye-​shadow when she only did 2 and I can probably do a better wing than her. I feel she should practice more and she will get there. My face was too caked I wiped some off with a napkin and suddenly Donald Trump was on my napkin too. Mehhhhhh don’t waste your time have your friend do your makeup or something

Went in for a Brazilian, Stomach Strip, and Underarm. Kristal was AWESOME, she’s VERY efficient in her appointment scheduling and her waxing techniques. It’s nice to see someone so young doing such BIG things ! Kristal even has custom made products ! YOU GO GIRL !

Girls, Kristal is amazing! Seriously the best Brazilian I have ever gotten. She was very professional, took her time, and knew what she was doing. And it was by far the most pain free Brazilian I’ve gotten. Definitely going back.

I love Kristal! I started off with her at a salon in Upland, followed her to another salon in Rancho and now have followed her to her own place! I have super sensitive skin and I have never had an issue with her wax jobs. I’m always in and out and the experience is always great. Appointments are super easy and convenient to book online as well. So proud of Kristal and all that she has accomplished.

Raquelle is great! I went in for my first wax ever and she made the environment very comfortable. It was NOT awkward at all –which is a good thing because I didn’t know what to expect. I look forward to my next visit and trying some of their other services!

Rocky did my hair and saved my life while being there she treated me perfect and her sister the other owner was so friendly. Go there and they will save your life

I had an appointment at 6 and unfortunately I had a horrible time locating their office. I attempted calling Krystal and rocky. No one answered. I called several times. Finally I located the place and it would have been nice to know that the name is if the salon is not even the name of the building/​office. So I get to the front and I was turned away. I can’t even believe that. After I tried calling so many times for help on how to get there. Maybe it was for a reason I didn’t compete the service with them.

Finally got my wax completed my Raquel. And it was an awesome experience. She is so sweet and very professional. She made me feel comfortable (as possible given that I was getting a Brazilian) I am glad I gave it another go. Definitely going back.

You will not be disappointed if you give Kristal a visit! She is amazing! I followed Kristal from European Wax Center so I’ve been seeing her for about 4 years. I have recommended friends and family to her and all I hear after is how amazing she is! I currently get my eyebrows, armpits, and Brazilian done and I couldn’t be happier! :)
Also my husband goes to her to get his eyebrows done and he loves her as well!

Kristal is great ! She makes you feel super comfortable, I have done Brazilians and recently a back facial with her. I love that she pays attention to detail. She used hard wax like European wax center, she used to work there so she is well trained with her waxing. I defiantly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

So, Kristal is pretty amazing at what she does. I’ve had my share of experiences with getting waxed, sugared, etc and by far I’ve had my best experience with her! She was very quick and thorough. Her prices are great and I will definitely be booking another appointment with her soon!

Kristal is fantastic when it comes to waxing!!! She is very professional and at the same time personable while she’s waxing you, I’m very confident and comfortable in having her wax any part of my body. She’s a must try, you will not be disappointed.

My friend and I took advantage of a groupon deal and got Brazilian waxes with Kristal. The salon is very clean, well-​lit and decorated and she uses new sticks for each time she dips into the wax (the first cleanliness factor I look for). Kristal is very nice and engaged us in conversation while performing our waxes.
However, upon inspection of my wax job (which I didn’t do until I got home – my mistake) I found there were more than a few visible hairs left behind that were not part of the landing strip I requested. Kristal did use the tweezers on me but I’m not sure whether that was just to remove ingrowns or whether she didn’t see the remaining hairs. In addition, I found that 3 small patches of my skin had been removed along with the hair. The wax didn’t feel too hot and I’m not on any medications, so I think the skin lifting may have been due to improper waxing technique.
My friend had no issues with lifted skin, but also noticed lots of stray hairs (and she requested to be totally bare). I’m giving Kristal 3 stars because from the other reviews it appears that my experience was atypical, but I’m really not happy with the results.

Today was my first time getting a Brazilian with Kristal. The reason I tried her was because she uses hard wax. This is very hard (pun intended) to find and once you’ve been waxed with hard wax there is no way you’d go back to soft. It’s easier on the skin and no risk of bruising.
Kristal was phenomenal. I recommend her highly and will be a returning client.

LOVED her! First time ever getting a wax and decided to go all out; arms, underarms, chest and stomach. Although it was the worst kind of pain, similar only to getting your tongue stuck to the icy pole, it was a pleasure to be tortured by Kristal. She was friendly, happy and a pleasure to talk with. Loved the quick text confirmations and questions being answered in a very timely manner, and would recommend her to anyone considering the pain.

Impressed by the strong reviews, I booked an appointment with Kristal for my first-​ever Brazilian. Kristal takes appointments anytime by text message and sends an immediate confirmation, which is super convenient. It’s part of the reason why I chose her instead of other salons that close early, didn’t pick up, or had to call me back. She’s also super sweet, personable, and professional.
I didn’t know what to expect and was a little scurred, but Kristal was nice, knew what she was doing, and gave me warnings for when to expect pain, and tips on avoiding it next time. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I was here almost 3 weeks ago and am still impressed with how nice the waxing job has lasted. I’ll probably go back in another week or two, but I still don’t really need to.
Kristal even offered me a Living Social special rate she was running, even though I hadn’t even known about it and would have paid full price otherwise. I thought that was really nice.
So glad I found this place! And I wish Kristal all the best success in her new studio!

I went to Kristal for a brazilian wax for a birthday present to me from me on saturday ¹⁰⁄₁₈ and she’s AMAZING! She’s is my official esthecian forever!!! I will definitely be back for much more (makeup, facials, more waxes etc.) And I will be sending referrals to the best!

Let me start off by saying that I have followed Kristal from European Wax Center in Upland, to the European Wax Center in Rancho Cucamonga, and now to her very own spot KristalRock Salon Spa (Congratulations Kristal!).
Kristal is amazing!
I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 10 years now, and have been getting brazilian waxes for the past maybe 5 years from various salons, and more recently European Wax Centers. I have had the best experiences with waxing with Kristal, by far. I am consistently happy with my eyebrows after seeing her, and she has always been very quick and thorough with brazilian waxes.
She is fast, thorough, and pays attention to details. She is also friendly and personable. No problems chatting it up with her, even when she’s working on my privates.
I still have my wax pass at EWC, but had to go see Kristal for my eyebrows (special occasion this weekend!)!
Booking an appointment online was super easy!
