The staff is incompetent. God forbid if you need a prescription or paperwork filled out, it will require at least a week of following up. As for Dr. Hou? After 10 years and being prescribed some serious medication, I found from a second opinion that I had been treated for the wrong disease all of that time. Now that I know how a great doctor and staff can be, I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did. I think because of the lack of options in the area, people settle for substandard care. I’ve been so sorry I did. I may not be able to get those 10 years back, but I hopefully can help others not make the same mistake.

Good Doctor… rude staff… just try and call the office, you will be on hold for 15 – 30 min… The Staff ALWAYS screws up with prescriptions and it takes multiple phone calls with them to correct

I have been a patient of IROMG since 1999, first with Dr. «B» the Late Great Boling until Nov. when he died. Since then and currently I opted for Dr. Eric C. Lee. I call him My Doctor, because he has truly treated me with great care, compassion, efficiency, and especially since I have moved 500 miles away and continue to remain a patient. In turn they have put up with me since 1999 and continue to provide excellent care, better than any Concierge Medicine, I get the time and attention to my SLE and subsequent issues. I don’t travel over 500 miles from my home in the Bay Area since 2004 for nothing. IROMG is truly the best! Thank you Dr. Eric C. Lee and team!

Very busy practice but after your first visit you see why. Very clean and modern office. I see Dr. Le, and my only complaint is that he doesn’t see patients as a family doctor. Dr. Le is very thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns, unlike most doctors who are mostly concerned with getting you in and out as quickly as possible. Another plus is that this office is a one stop shop and have radiology and lab on site. I love not having to make appointments at an imaging center or the hospital every time my doctor needs blood drawn or a CT scan.

It was a bit annoying that on the paperwork given to my sister it had their old address on it. We went to their old spot, but it wasn’t far from their new one. Pleasant staff, willing to help with the patients coming in without the attitude.
