I work in the office and handle the contracts and invoicing… however I am unable to find that we even provided service to some of the parties below who had reviews to share? It would be useful to have some evidence that actions took place and is required to share along with their review.

We added an A/C unit in an additional room, and ordered a specific sized unit. The work was done and completed, luckily, a few days later, I had friends come over and one of them has worked in the HVAC industry. He checked my new unit and told me what size was installed. I paid for a specific bigger size because of the size of the room, and Eskimo Air installed a size smaller but still charged me for the bigger size. A layman would not know the difference, thankfully I had someone that knows what they were doing, take a look at it. John Rodriguez who owns the company said it was their mistake, but that shows the incompetence of this company. My friend who spotted the wrong size said that anyone in the industry would catch that, so it makes me question this companies ethics. I would not recommend them ATALL!!!

My Dad Called Eskimo Air came out to our place in Gardena, CA. Eskimo Air installed 3 new AC units with new filter and racks. We found out one of our New AC units Did not have filter and racks installed in one of the units. we asked The Owner John Rodriguez to install the right one in the AC unit. He refused to correct the problem. So we called some one to fix it. we asked Eskimo Air to pay$ of the fix to the AC. Eskimo Air did not.

My AC went out last night so I called Eskimo Air. I have had no prior experience with them so needless to say, I was a bit anxious about it all. They called me first thing in the morning, and John was at my house at 8am. Within minutes(15 mins or so) he was able to diagnose the problem, troubleshoot, and fix the AC … and at a reasonable cost as well. Thanks John for being prompt, responsive and professional. You saved the day!
