Our refinance was quick and painless thanks to Belle Vista! Great people to work with. I don’t know what’s up with submitting a poor review of a company by association — totally unwarranted IMO. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

I have read some unintelligible/​negative reviews of this company and have worked with them for over 5 years. The fact that a property appraised lower has absolutely nothing to do with the lender, but is the appraisal management company, but begins with the agent you are working with.
Before an offer is submitted, the buyer’s agent’s job is due dilligence to check market values for that area before submitting an offer so that kind of thing doesnt happen. It sucks that it happens, but if you understand the process you will not be blaming the lender for something like that.
ML Mortgage is an honest lender and has given all my clients a great deal with no points charged for thier loans, very uncommon.
