This was my first adventure into craniosacral treatments so I was a bit skeptical. Amy was very professional and very nice immediately putting me at ease. She explained how the connective tissue in your body can become hard and unmoving and can cause many problems. For the treatment you lie on a table, she turns down the light and it’s very quiet and soothing. I was so surprised when she said the treatment was over and it had been an hour. Interestingly enough she told me that the bones on one side of my head were stuck, didn’t know they moved, but I had fallen and hit my head a few weeks prior to that. She also told me of two spots in my back that were very tight, one she could fix the other needed more work. I was amazed that both spots were ones where my back and neck have caused me problems. My upper back has felt amazing since she did the work. It’s not inexpensive and our insurance doesn’t pay for it but I firmly believe it’s worth the money.

Amy is a true professional who genuinely CARES about her patients. She is interested in working with the whole person, rather than just specific areas that may be symptomatic. I was personally so impressed by the help she provided in treating my chronic scapular pain, that I brought my daughter(child) to her! Amy can work with all ages, across multiple conditions, and will work with you until the pain is gone or problem resolved. She is continually advancing her technique and education via continuing medical education and certifications in craniosacral work.

I have been getting craniosacral work done for my migraines for years and I know that it works for me. After moving, I had to find a new massage therapist or chiropractor, and I found Amy. She did a wonderful job and explained various ways my body responded to the craniosacral work, which I thought was cool. She’s very open and inviting and she’s my new go-to when I need cranio work done.
