Rainier Title – University Place

I was recommended here by my real estate broker from coldwell banker (they’re connected) and was extremely disappointed. My closing of my house required information from my HOA. They had me pay for the wrong information 3 weeks prior to closing and this wasn’t figured out till the day before my closing. Causing lots of yelling on my part to figure out. I then had to pay for the right one and a $ 75 rush fee which I was instructed to pay. The secretary had the audacity to tell me after that the $ 75 was «not necessary and won’t make a difference». My realtor told me he would reimburse my for overpayment originally since ranier title would accept no reponsibility. 3 months later received partial payment from ranier title and multiple emails later to my realtor were left unreturned. Would NEVER let friends or family use this company.

Pleasant reception, efficient and prompt service, and delightful coffee in the reception area make this a wonderful place with which to do business. All communications, whether electronic or by phone, are handled courteously and rapidly. They are excellent facilitators.

OK, I am biased, but they have wonderful people working here with A+ customer service. A new office on Bridgeport Way, University Place and a gorgeous office in Gig Harbor, WA. Local and privately owned… they are keeping people employed right here in WA State!!! I love a company who supports their local community! Try them for your next transaction.
