After 2 of our neighbors homes were broken into, I decided to get a security system for our house and business. I recently purchased another home and had my 3rd protec alarm installed. Protec worked around my schedule and were very prompt. The technician was smart, clean, and respectful. I was comfortable while he was in my home.
The top 3 things I like about this alarm company is 1) the ability for everyone to have their own codes. 2) how sensitive the monitors are. 3) if anything triggers the alarm the quick response.
I recommend protec to everyone.
