Northeast Lakeview College

Great place to go to school. It’s the least ghetto of the Alamo colleges. Very safe place. I wish they had a STEM program because the SAC STEM program isn’t useful for Caucasians.

Great campus with modern facilities. This campus is a hidden gem nestled in between universal city and live oak. I enjoy taking all the art classes. The staff are very helpful. Parking can be crazy though. Arrive early. Bathrooms are always clean.

Just finished attending this community college last semester. I will be graduating in the summer with my associates. I have always liked tho campus but now that I am at UTSA I really do appreciate the way they do things. At northeast lakeview they have advisors assigned to you who check in with you. Periodically. Atleast my assigned counselor did. When this college first opened a few years ago they had some issues and were always switching advisors but towards the end of my experience there everything seemed to have fallen into place. My last semester a math class I needed was filled and the advisor went out of her way to speak to the instructor and explain my situation and got approval for me to join the class. If I hadn’t gotten that course I would have been stuck there an extra semester. At UTSA the advisors (atleast the ones I have spoken to at this point) don’t seem to care AT ALL. Definitely miss the way they look after you and try to take care of your Holds or requirements. Also I must note that this campus is one of the newest and nicest ones of the alamo colleges. The teaches, faculty and staff is awesome. And the classroom size (student/​teacher ratio) isn’t bad at all.

Very nice campus. Well kept grounds and classrooms. Some people complain about the parking but I didn’t really have any problems – especially if you don’t mind a little walking. So there are a bunch of students attending the first month but quickly empties out as students start withdrawing/​dropping out of classes. This campus is no different than many other college campuses. They should have campus officer enforce the speed limits because drivers just don’t follow them. SAC uses this Lakeview to teach its courses making it convenient for people living in the NE part of the city can attend without having to drive to SA to attend SAC’s main campus.

As with all ACCD campuses there is no parking. But the campus was nice and clean. No smoking anywhere on campus, rumor has it not even in your car…

this campus is beautiful! It’s like 3 – 4 years old, very modern. For me it’s the best one out of all of the Alamo colleges. the teachers a great and faculty is very friendly. I’d recomend this place to study.

I love this campus! Everything is new even a new parking addition… But it didn’t help!!! Parking still sucks! And mo reserved parking for faculty! :(
