Bought a battery from here, service is a little slow and there seems to be quite a few people that look a little lost. However once we got things rolling everything seemed good. I did notice they always seem to be busy so they must be doing something right. I did notice they are on the higher end as far as price. I even saw one of the employees tell someone that the truck tires he was looking at could be purchased somewhere else cheaper. However some people will pay more for honesty and from what it seems that is what you will get when you come here. Like it or not…

In a nutshell… Said my truck was «done.» When I get there they tell me my starter may need to be shimmed. Why wouldn’t they do it?
My dash panel may be going bad and I can order a new one off of the Internet. Why wouldn’t they do it?
Before bringing my truck in they said they would remove my alarm and/​or rewire the ignition. They didn’t do either and said I’d have to take it to an alarm shop. They must not know what to do.
$ 250 I get my truck back and not much is different.

The Service was AWESOME here! I would go back and recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to be rip off by anyone outside the gate. Steve, the manager, help My husband and I a lot. He saved me a ton of money and helped me find a new user car. I love my new Mazda CX-​9 2010.
