this is a «-100» stars case if there is such a scale! stupid me, yes, placed an order with a company i’m not familiar with; fell right into the scam!!! placed an order, received an email confirmation on the same day, but two weeks went by and never saw my stuff. i bought things from other merchants after this order was placed, and even those had arrived. so then i sent this place an email to inquire about my shipment; no response for another week. then suddenly it dawned on me to google the place; only to find over 100 complaints already filed at the BBB, plenty more in FTC, IC3, etc. there’s a Facebook Group( ) that keeps track of what has been done and how many people have fallen victim, along with other info/link that you may find useful shall you become one of us. the general story line is that people paid money and never got their products; some received a few things here and there but never the full shipment. people also emailed the merchant and hardly received a response; those who did were met with lame excuses and lies. local, state, and federal-level law enforcement are catching on with this case. sad truth is even if they crack this one down, the scammers can easily start another phantom site/company just like this one and the last one(Crop Shop), which they allegedly owned previous to this one. good luck to all of you. lesson learned: never give money to an unreliable site/person, and also run a quick background check. make use of google search – it’s a godsend! obviously i’m disputing this charge w/my cc company and will be filing a bunch of complaints w/the aforementioned entities! also just sent an email to them explicitly telling them to cancel my order and do not attempt to send anything to me including lame responses. :)

Total scam operation. They take your money and you get nothing. They have been reported to the BBB and the FTC as well as the local police many times. AVOID

DONOT shop here!!! I ordered a stamp on November 9 and my debit card was charged shortly after and it is now December 16 and I have yet to receive my stamp. I have called and called with no answer and finally got an email response back today basically saying«Oh, sorry, we still haven’t shipped it.» I have to completely re-do my Christmas gifts… This is completely unacceptable and I will be taking further action to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Do not shop here.
