Conveniently located across the street from Hofstra University., surrounding by residential area/properties. Also business. This location is very busy. Recently since Subway Sandwhich closed., it’s becoming a major social hang out for many pedestrian, sports recreation., not too mentioned places for business meeting or employment interviews. Or painting ventures for children, while the adults chatting away. With children running around it becomes very hectic and extremely hot instantly. I believe this store location understaffed because there staffing works both Dunkin & Basin n Robin. Occasionally if not mostly all the time. Orders are incorrect and staffing spends entirely to much Time socializing among themselves then with its customers. From that gesture this location quickly gets dirty and unacceptable. On a good day. Staffing is very friendly.

I just can’t bear it any more. Normally I won’t say a thing if it’s not too bad, but people working at this store and their computers are crazy! I tried to get used to the super poor service here but this morning when I asked for my receipt because I didn’t understand why I need to pay that much for two sandwiches, that Indian guy said I still owe them money. Okay, but please tell me why the price is much higher than what I see from the board. Then, that Indian guy became angry and was very rude to say ‘look at the screen on the computer blah blah blah!’ What?! You think I’m blind?!! Enough, I don’t want my money back, just take it cuz I don’t want to talk to those people anymore!

I rarely write reviews, but I’ve been to this location a few times and each time I’ve had a bad experience. A few minutes ago I ordered an oatmeal with dried fruit(please see picture of what I was given). Their coffee is hit and miss, ice lattes usually come out as milk and water, and if you bring in a points coupon they usually badger you about it. Why do I go back you might wonder? I’m usually chained to the Hofstra Library next door :/

The worst French vanilla latte ever, don’t know how they stay in business. I’ve taste better. Never coming back here again, I know dunkin donuts is pricey but with the way how they do things. So not worth it

I usually frequent this Dunkin Donuts because it is within walking distance of Hostra. The lattes are pretty good. In addition, it is the only one left with red velvet syrup from the holiday season, so I can get my red velvet latte fix. In comparison to other Dunkin Donuts, I feel that this one falls short. The service is slower and its baked goods aren’t as fresh. For instance, today, I purchased some munchkins. They were stale. My friend and I also usually have problems with a particular employee.
