As I sit here and pass the one hour mark for waiting time, I continuously wonder why I keep making appointments with Dr. Turner. The impossibility of getting someone on the phone during business hours coupled with the insanely long wait times doesn’t lend itself to a comfortable patient experience. When you finally do get into a room with Dr. Turner, you’re rushed out within ten minutes. I understand that it’s hard to perfectly schedule patient appointments for a one doctor practice but consistently waiting over an hour is incredibly disrespectful.

Get ready to wait for more than 1 hour at this office! They take a long time to call you in, then Dr. Turner spends no more than 10 minutes with you, and seems to be in a hurry. His bed-​side manner needs a lot of improvement and his front desk receptionist needs to respect the patients and remember that this is not a free clinic, we pay a lot of money for each visit, or at least our insurance does.

First time coming here, i have never been to a dermatologist before. Ive had a skin tag since birth and really want it removed. I made a appt here since its so close to my house. even though it was a little bit of a wait, i didn’t mind that usually happens with Doctors of any kind. He was very nice and examined me, we set a follow up appt to have the skin tag removed and i can’t wait to get rid of this thing once and for all ! the Doctor was friendly and the prices were fair, i also noticed they do laser hair removal which is awesome. i will definitely keep coming back whenever i am in need of a dermatologist !

My whole family has been going to him for years. My father came in for a small rash and dr. Turner ended up diagnosing him with skin cancer. We are thankful everyday that he caught it. Wouldn’t go to anyone else in NJ

I realize that doctors tend to overbook their appointments but Dr. Turner seems to be much worse than usual. I called 45 minutes prior to my appointment and was told that «the doctor is on schedule». When I arrived (10 minutes before my appointment) I found 4 people in front of me; when I questioned the receptionist she just vaguely shrugged her shoulders and said, «yes, when you called we were on schedule but now we’re backed up».
