The company itself is not bad at all. But the management sucks specially my supervisor Hajj he have no manners, do not know how to treat the guards, he started as a guard n now he is a rm and that went straight to his head. Never met his boss but heard they both back each other friends. He treat guards like as garbage they don’t realize the company runs on accounts but accounts run by guards. Few managers left from our account due to his nasty behavior. I wish someone should do something I assume that there is no HR in the company and even if they do probably in his pocket coz he have every excuse in his book for all the questions. In the end the smallest personebd up loosing job.
