Great place, pizza tastes fresh and sauce is delicious. I also ordered the sampler, the mozzarella sticks are great also the chicken fingers were moist and delicious but the poppers I don’t think were for me. Overall experience was great delivery came quick.

Great pizza place! I especially love their margarita and chicken bacon and ranch pizzas! The chicken parm is also good. :) Delivery time is average, 45 minutes from order time. Pizza is definitely worth it.

They must use frozen dough at this place. Flimsy & just not good at all! I asked if they use fresh mushrooms and they said yes. They look and taste canned and yellow to me! Why lie? I was really hungry but didn’t even finish my second slice w «mushrooms»

The pizza is great but whoever answers the phone is suck a prick. Also, although the taste of the pie is on point, it was delivered in a dented box and all the cheese slid off to one side. The jalapeño poppers were stuck together. The garlic bread with cheese came with no dipping sauce, even though the sweetheart on the phone confirmed there would be marinara. I’d stop in for a slice if I happen to be in the area, but I’d rather go somewhere else.

I stopped in here for a couple slices yesterday because I was nearby and starving. I’ve never been so disappointed by pizza before. Truly. I ordered two plain slices and they were the greasiest slices I’ve ever eaten. I probably would have been able to get past the grease had there been any flavor at all. Legit. There was not one ounce of flavor to this pizza. How is that possible?
Oh, and it’s not cheap either.

I was really craving some penne vodka so we ordered GrubHub through here.
First off, they said it’d take an hour — an hour fifteen minutes to arrive. Nope, it came within 30 mins it felt like!
The penne vodka I got was pretty good. It seemed to lean more on the tomato side than the creamy side (it was closer to red than light pink), which I prefer usually. So that was the only downfall for me.
My boyfriend ordered the stuffed shells, which were really good.
We split the buffalo wings (spicy), which was interesting. You had to dip the wings into the sauce, they didn’t come already smothered. The sauce was a creamy color but was really good actually. I liked them a lot! The meat was tender and fell right off the bone.
All the pastas came with salad and came with a HUGE loaf of italian bread. Crazy!
The portions are HUGE! I ate some the next day and we still have more leftover.
I definitely need to try the pizza next time because it sounds like everyone loves it.

Friendly people. Delivery was very quick Great pizza! Dinners are amazing! My fav thing from there is the penne vodka! It’s amazing. Buffalo chicken pizza is amazing too and very unique sauce! Will def order again.

Brick oven pizza should be crispy. The two slices of cheese pizza I bought today were limp like a crêpe. Completely fell apart while eating it. C’mon, you can do better than this! I’m sticking with lil johns.

Tonight was my first time trying this place. O was excited because I drive by the restaurant a lot and have been meaning to order. Well, I ordered my pizza for delivery at 7:05 pm and didn’t receive it until 8:50 pm. I was told on the phone it would take about an hour so I knew it wasn’t going to be sooner than that but 1 hour and 45 min is a little ridiculous. I called twice asking where it was and spoke to the owner on my second call. He was at least nice and apologetic, offering to give me my next pizza on the house. I declined his offer as I will not be ordering from here again due to this experience.
I gave them two stars instead of one because they were nice people and the pizza was good, even though it was no longer warm by the time I received.

Just recently started going to the pizzeria after new ownership. The pizza here is great and the dough is just right. I definitely recommend the chicken parm pie. Tried it for the first time this past weekend and it was phenomenal! Prices are reasonable and the pies come with coupons for weekly specials. The owner Pete is personable and very accommodating. My family loves it!

Owner is a good guy but prices are insane. They must think the food quality is similar to Brooklyn or NYC style, which its not.
Union has terrible Italian food, this place is not much better then competitor’s. Not worth the money.

Mama Luciano’s pizza is average. I’d give it a 2 ½ if I could, but I’ll round it up to 3 because the prices are low and giving it a 2 would be a little harsh. It’s not bad but it’s definitely not good and tastes nothing like what I’m accustomed to getting out of a real brick oven. Il Forno, which was in this location before, made much better pizza in what seems to be the exact same kitchen and compared to Santillo’s pizza in Elizabeth, Mama Luciano’s tastes like Mama Celeste.
Re. the 5 star reviews, I’m guessing they’re all plants. If the people writing them really believe that this pizza is «the best I’ve ever had», «perfect», «amazing» or «authentic», then they either have no clue as to how great brick oven pizza can be or they’re just trying to drum up business for their friends.
Mama Luciano’s makes the best pizza around Five Points. Can we just leave it at that?

I’m always a little skeptical when I see 5* star ratings across the board on Unilocal.Come on… No place is perfect, right?
Found Mama Luciano’s on here. Cant hurt to try, right? I ordered a simple ½ pepperoni ½ plain. Within MINUTES, we received our order. FAST DELIVERY!!! The delivery guy was SUPER NICE! Im loving this place already!
Now, down to business. The pizza wasn’t too thin or too thick, it was PERFECT! Not undercooked or overcooked, it was PERFECT! Time to taste.
As I bit into the slice then pulled away, the cheese stretched… Mmmmm JUST like a fresh pizza should! The sauce was DEF homemade. This Brick Oven Pizza is AMAZING, you can’t help but too savor every bite!
Usually, my husband and I have a few slices left over. Well, not with Mama Luciano! It was so good, my husband called Mama Luciano’s while eating the pizza to tell them it was AMAZING! LOL
Next time, we’ll be ordering 2 pies instead of 1! If your in the area or live in Union, this Italian Resturant is a MUST TRY!
