I was a loyal customer for 5 years. They are efficient and clean. They listen to your needs. Sandra and Maria take their time to attended to your nails. The prices are consistent and if your nail is broken/chipped nail polish they will fix it for you the next day. Unfortunately, I moved out of state. But whenever I’m in town this is the nail salon to go to.

I went to Lovely Nails Studio the Sunday before memorial day. I spent $ 35 on SNS powder color that was guaranteed to last 2 weeks. To my dismay, the color chipped the next day! I called the salon the next day that it was open to schedule a time to fix the nails(as they should). When I showed up for my appointment – that was scheduled in advance – I was told that they were too busy and that I should come back another day. Do not go to this salon if you value customer service. Once they get your money, they do not care if you are satisfied with the product.

The ONLY great thing about this place is Uma she threads my eyebrows so good I have to tip her every time! They frankly charge too much, why is a mani peso 40 $ I could go to Irvington and get that for 30 $ and you guys do the same thing. I made the mistake of not asking before I got my nails $ feet done and had to pay 60 $ for what usually cost me 40 $. They do decent work but it’s too overpriced I just go here for my eyebrows because Uma is the greatest!

I’ve been to several local nail places and this is my new favorite! One very good thing is an open door and lots of fans for ventilation. The chemical smell is kept well under control. They also take their time which is important with acrylics. Some nail places try to rush and end up hurting you. The nail techs did a terrific job on my nail fill and my daughter’s pedicure. The prices are very, very, good for this area. I’m a fan!

They use the same towel as they used from the previous costumer and their towels are dirty. The owner should check them.

Have been going there for years and never had an issue. They give great pedicures and massage you longer than other places which is a huge plus for me. They also do a great job with the gels and all at a very decent price. Uma is the best at threading and I won’t go anywhere else. Only downfall is that they’re always busy so more than likely you’ll be there a while.

I came in to get a pedicure. It was a good pedicure. It was my first time there & the young lady who did my pedicure did not escort me to the drying bar. Everything went downhill from there. Communication is key when you are conducting business. It can be quite difficult if most only speak Spanish. Poor customer service! I won’t return!

One of the absolute best pedicure place ever! I usually get the spa pedicure and they do a fantastic job. Approximately 1 hour is spent on your feet and at the end of pedicure, your feet feel and look amazing! Very relaxing.

Yes, cheap! Because quality is very poor! One Latina manicurist cut my husband’s nails too short that they hurt. His cuticles bled because she cut him deep. I realized later that the tools that she used were dirty as they came out of her pocket! I had my nails done as well(by an Asian girl). The gel that she applied were so cheap that the polish after application had bubbles, and when I washed a few dishes that same evening, they started to chip. I am never coming back to this place. I’d rather pay an additional $ 10 to $ 15(for mani/pedi) for much better quality and service!

Ohhh emmm geee best pedicure and gel manicure I’ve ever had… I had the super spa pedicure… the massage and scrub is so relaxing… the place is very clean and well organized… I also got the gel manicure with Maria… she is amazing. I had different length nails and she made then very even and beautiful… she is quick and even gave me a hand massage… I highly recommend!!!

DONOTGOHERE! I walked in here to get a manicure, they said wait 5 mins(it ended up being 25mins) fine whatever, just do my nails. I chose to get a gel manicure and I had a man doing my nails, after the 2nd coat I had to say something. I don’t know how to explain how bad my nails looked. The polish looked chunky and the line of the brush strokes wasn’t straight or anything. I had polish on my fingers, it looked like a 5 year olds work. I finally said something to an other manicurist about my nails, while the guy doing mine stepped out to smoke a cigarette.(Don’t even get me started on anyone smoking cigs, this guy has the nerve to smoke one while he has a customer!?!) Anyway, the manicurist I asked admitted that he messed up, put too much polish on, and that she would fix it. So I had to wait for her to finish with who she was currently helping. What a horrible experience.

I took my five year old daughter here last saturday to treat her to a manicure & pedicure. The people that work there were really nice they told me $ 15 for a her & I asked how much for me to get a spa pedicure they showed me a list of pedicures and told me they would give me a special spa pedicure for $ 20. We actually had to run a few errands before we got our nails done and happened to pass by another nail place across the street that was packed and offered the same prices we should have went there. I found the place to be really really dirty! The towels they used for my feet were all ripped and dirty, the massaging chairs didn’t work, no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom the floors and carpet were filthy and only 1 person out of the 8 that were working actually understood and spoke english. I found out after they started my pedicure I wasn’t getting any special deal the spa pedicure was always $ 20 and they kept trying to get me to pay $ 10 more for a gel spa pedicure. The pedicure included a rose cream massage, oil rub, hot stone massage, a hot towel rub & a clay mask to be applied to your feet. I thought that would be more than enough & I didn’t have to upgrade my pedicure. I guess it really matters which person you get to give you your pedicure because the woman next to me was getting the same spa pedicure as me and she started 20 minutes before me and her pedicure was still going on when we left. I really felt like my pedicure was rushed for example the clay mask when it was applied to me was only put on up to my ankles and left on for 5 minutes the woman next to me had hers applied up to her knees and it was left on till it dried. I originally thought that I had just gotten the wrong person to do my pedicure and I would go back and give them another try because for $ 20 they were offering a lot of extras. But the polish started chipping off my daughters nails the next day and off my toes 2 days later. I’ve never had polish chip off my toes like that unless I went to the beach. So yeah they offer a really cheap spa pedicure but your getting a really crappy one at a dirty establishment.

Don’t expect Deici spa treatment, you get a good mani & pedi for $ 20 and they do excellent job with eyebrows wax or thread.
