Eastern Orthodontics Associates

My family and I have been using this dental facility for years and the service is so and so. After my insurance policy was changed and i went to be checked at other dentists they listed a whole series of problems that should have been treated at this facility. During this time i cracked a tooth so I was checked at two locations. I Came back and had a complete check out where they listed everything that needed to be done and all the costs associated. I decided to give them another chance and everything went according to their list. I paid all fees that they mandated and was seen four times. Months after the treatment was completed I received a bill, I called the office and requested to know what this bill was. After several calls and being placed on hold for several minutes they could not answer except to say that this was a partial cost that the insurance was not paying. I indicated to them that this was the last time my family and I would use their facility.

Adult Braces
I actually really like my Orthodontist Dr. Rober Segall and the staff in the Othodontics group. Even when I am a pain in the tukas with a popped wire because I was trying to eat something to fast, or didn’t cut the pieces up small enough. The Staff is always professional and understanding. As an adult who did not have the opportunity to have my braces done when I was young, I am really greatful to have found them. So far I’ve been in to get tightened twice and the pain isn’t even close to as bad as it was when they were put in initially.
