No problem at all with the next gen. Bob was a great help on the product info. The appointment for the measurements was quick and timely. The appointment for installation was kept. The work was meticulous and well done. I had two over the door awnings and three windows installed and was quite happy with the job.

Although I found Deckert’s to be reliable in the past, my current experience was anything but.
After calling several days in advance, no one showed up or called on the appointment date. And no one has called to explain the missed appointment or even to reschedule.
I believe the family has handed the business off to the younger generation who do not appear to understand the importance of customer service.
Deckert, RIP.
