My visit to Barry’s Auto Center this morning had a simple agenda, a New Jersey State Inspection for my Honda Accord. The actual inspection was quick (about 10 min.) and effortless.
While waiting for his crew to go about their work I had the opportunity to speak with Barry. I found him to be genuine and sincerely interested in his customers. While he took a few phone calls I listened-​in; it’s pretty hard not to in the small, but comfortable, waiting room/​office. Barry’s demeanor with this morning’s callers was informative, friendly, patient and completely professional.
I live close to Barry’s Auto Center, and predict that he will see me again.
