This place is great! Excellent costumer service! Here’s what happened to me: I took my kids to Old Navy in Watchung & when we got back in my SUV to come home; my key wouldn’t turn over in the ignition! Then it started storming, but that’s another story. Anyway, I had to call a friend to come & rescue us in that mess. I called Multi Chevrolet the next day to get a new key made & they told me that I had to pay to get my car towed out of there (which was going to be impossible during regular business hours) to get it to their service station so the key could be reprogrammed to the car. I’ve lived in multiple states & never had to bring my 2005 Equinox in to have it «reprogrammed». I drive a lot so my key gets worn out. I was referred to Advanced by the tow company because I was strapped for cash so he said to do this first before I just throw away my money. I wasn’t able to get a ride & get there until about 10 minutes before closing. And guess what?! Come to find out; there is no freaking chip in the damn key to begin with! I bought the SUV in 2006, used, in Phoenix, Arizona. This key thing happened to me about 4 years ago in Dallas & I had to get a «special» key made (with a chip in it). They have 24 hour emergency service & will come to you! My heroes! The guys in there were so friendly & helped me save bookoos of money! If that key didn’t work they would have came to my car to replace the ignition & the money I paid for the key would have went towards that! I’m so happy I was referred to them! Save their # in your phone; you know, just in case. They do more than auto! Seriously, I’ve never been treated better by any other businesses in Jersey! I can’t say how happy I am not having to rely on anyone for rides anywhere.
