Cantonese House Restaurant

My wife and I have been going here «when the mood strikes us» since they opened (2000-​ish). First of all, I would consider this as a take-​out only Chinese place, they do have a small seating area, but I dont know if anyone ever uses it and it isn’t much to talk about. Second, it’s hard to find «impressive» Chinese in this area, and this restaurant doesn’t change my mind on that. But for take-​out, it’s actually pretty good. They are definitely one of those things that my wife and I will sit there on a Saturday night and say «I’m in the mood for some Union Grove Cantonese». Kinda like being in the mood for Italian or Mexican, that’s how this place strikes us. If you’re in the mood for take-​out Chinese, 5 stars. If you’re not in the mood, it’s probably a pass.
