The Unilocal listing was for another restaurant at this location. They say they’ve been open since last year, but I just found them about a month ago even though I’m always driving by here constantly.
The food at Walter’s is very good. I’ve had the oxtails, fried chicken and most often the fried fish. The prices are very reasonable. But, what keeps me going back is the service that Walter and his wife provide to every customer. You feel like they’ve put their heart in their service, as well as their food. I go there at least 2 times per week to get their fish. A true hidden gem.
