It’s right down the street From my house so it’s convenient would’ve gave 1 star but since it’s close I’ll be nice.

Just got me some nice bell peppers. The MoneyCenter kiosk works. Pretty cool stuff. However, they would do well to stock it with money orders cause the line at the full service money center was ridiculous.

I’m trying to call WalMart to see if they have Patti Pies. I stared calling yesterday. No one will answer the phone! In fact, today someone keeps picking up the phone and hanging it up. This is such bad business. You can’t even have employees competent enough to answer the phone… eat a shame! They are a poor representation of WalMart…

ZEROSTARS!!! Waited an hour for assistance in the paint department. Asked 3 different employees to assist & was told they would get someone. I even tried to call several times but no one answered(the phone would ring, ring & ring & hang up). No one ever came! Terrible service!

Zero stars! They have the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long ass time! I’m not often in Union City, but if ever I am again, I damn sure not going to go to that Walmart!

This Walmart is always unorganized. Everytime I come here it always seem like someone’s has already rumbled through everything and it seems like nothing is where it suppose to be. I hate the fact they never have a lot of lines open during peak hours. The worst thing about this wal mart is there is always people begging in the parking lot.

Yes this is where all the other Walmart’s come to die. If you have a bad employee, ship them to the Union City location. You want to try out a new level of making customers suffer? Try it out at the Union City location. No employee seems to care much about anyone or anything at this store. I don’t like Walmart in general but this one I try to avoid as much as I can.

This Walmart is always dirty. None of the employees know where anything is, half the time they are on their phones. They are always under stocked. They can never answer a question straight out. The bathrooms are disgusting. But the worst ever is today 1÷17÷14 So we were bringing in buggies trying to be nice and helpful, the manager of the Walmart ask my brother if he was having fun very rudely all because he was bringing in one of those electric scooters. It she then went on to be more rude to me when I told her that he and my fiancé are just bringing them in for the store!!! The employees here do not care for their jobs and they don’t mind who knows it. It’s very disappointing.

Walmart makes it very hard for you to not visit there store. My #1 issue with all Walmarts are the checkout. They have 30 check out lanes and only 4 open. UMMMM something is wrong with that, but a 24 hr store where you know there is a high chance that have everything you need in one stop always keeps me coming back. But only a few items at a time.

I am treated like a criminal when I enter the store. If I want to exchange something, the store greeter tags it with a bright sticker when I enter the store. Then at the service desk, the clerk asks for all kinds of identification and require me to sign documents before I can get a refund. My teenage son went in to purchase a new battery for his watch, and to have the store install it. The clerk asked him whether the watch had been purchased at Walmart, and as he answered, «no,» she blurted three times, «Tell the truth, tell the truth.» We didn’t get the point of the question, and were offended by her accusation. Also, wouldn’t it have been more questionable if he had answered«yes» and the clerk didn’t recognize the brand. I think she assumed a different answer without listening to what he said — meaning she assumed he was lying about purchasing the watch at Walmart. We avoid this store.

If you see more than two lanes open during the busiest hours of the day, cherish that moment because you won’t see it happen often here. I do everything I can to avoid shopping here even though I live less than 5 minutes away. It’s never worth the hassle. And the subway here has to have some of the most unhelpful/unfriendly workers I’ve ever had to deal with.

When it comes to Walmarts(I am a Target girl), my theory is… seen one… seen them all… but for some reason, whenever I go to this Walmart, I always leaving wondering if maybe the skipped over the employee manual regarding rudeness, and the lack of desire to help customers. I think all Walmarts have grocery stores in them, but I may be wrong, but for some reason, when I need to buy Health and Beauty Items and Im in a Walmart that has a grocery store, I always forget to walk clear across the massive store to find things like toothpaste and end up asking someone near the grocery area, and they look at me, like«B»…i just work here… and I dont get paid to answer questions. Todays experience was a new one in rude workers, so Im in line… and the cashier says… mame…lane 4 is open, well im in lane 10… so by the time I get all the way down there, there;s likely to be 4 people in front of me… and Im next in this line… so she says… well this is going to take a minute becuase this guy has some information for me(the customer in front of me)…instead of pitching a fit, I just SMDH and walked down to register 4 only to find out, this particualr cashier is going off on the front end manager and telling her that… she betta learn how to talk to people otherwise she aint ringin up «nodambody»! WOW… I mean she literally stood there for like a minute while Im still standing there just waiting to see if she is going to ring up somedambody or if Im going to have to go back down to register 10. All the self service lanes were closed at this hour(11p,) and they only had two other lanes open. Well she did finally ring me up, but by this time she had picked up the register phone and called down to register 10 to continue venting how the manager has asked her rudely to ring up customer and how she is tired of Walmart and their stuff(and she didnt say stuff). I will give her props for telling me thanks as I spent the bags around and pulled my own bags off the pulley… but as I exited the store, I asked myself… why da hell are you in Walmart… well cause Targets arent 24 hours and thats why Wally’s world is still sittin on top of the financial heap, cause they know some nights at 11pm you are gonna need soap and toothpaste.

Don’t be fooled by this Wal-mart because it is full of ghettoness :(Why in a lint licker’s name do they have 2 lanes open when there are 40+ people in line? Why do their workers(not doing anything) act like they can’t see Fat Albert split into 12 more people since the initial 40+ people got into the 2 check out lanes? What does it take for this Wal-mart to not have on Ray Charles’ shades when it comes to attending to the customers in line? I avoid this Wal-mart at ALL costs! It never has what the other Wal-marts have and forget looking for a specific item. Take my advice and go to the one in Douglasville or the one off Thorton Rd! This one is pure ghetto and the people are pretty rude as well.
