TruDance

My daughter is been WITH TRUDANCE since August and I don’t see any improvements. The teacher has their favorite ones and she only focus on them. I’m talking about her Ballet teacher her hip-​hop is good. And plus she always put her favorite ones in front line of guess to keep a close eye on them and the rest of the girls on the back.

We have been with TruDance since January 2012. In this time, my 3 daughters have grown by leaps and bounds as dancers. The eldest of my girls is now starting her second competition season with TruDance Company (TDC). She has always been incredibly shy… but put her on stage, and she shines! The inspiration, motivation, love and support that she receives from our dance family is something that we are truly thankful for. She spends 7 hours a week in dance classes and she loves every moment. Not only is she learning technique and doing physical conditioning (the Strength & Stretch class that the comp kids are in is intense!), she is receiving dance education in the process. We are so fortunate to have such well-​rounded Studio to call our second home.
The staff at TruDance has grown significantly since the studio opened! Every teacher is incredibly gifted, dedicated, and professional. Their love for dance, and for our kids, is evident. Alicia, Sarita, Allan, Heathyr, Michelle, Michael, Miranda, Norlyn, Anna & Love are absolutely amazing! My 3 daughters are at all different levels (my 5yo is a mini taking Combo & Mini-​Hop, my 10yo is junior taking Tap, Jazz & Hip Hop Jr, and my 11.5yo is competitive taking 2 Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Strength & Stretch, and Company) and take lessons from (or have taken lessons from) every single teacher on staff so I can attest to the quality of their dance education.
The new studio is gorgeous! There are two large rooms now. The marley floors are awesome. The lobby area has two large CCTVs for parents to watch their children on. It also has plenty of seating, a terrific homework area for the dancers who are there for extended periods, and a play area for the little ones. Barbara is in the office to answer any questions you may have or to help you to get registered.
The class sizes are perfect! (The Intro and Combo classes have a teacher and an aide to ensure the children are learning and getting the support they need while still having fun.) For the older kids, there are lots of levels of classes to ensure they are with the appropriate group and are comfortable in dancing with kids that are their peers.

A dream come true… My daughter has been dancing competitively since she was 4. We were at another local studio for about 6 ½ years until Tru Dance opened it’s doors. The atmosphere here is a dream. My daughter has excelled in her dance training and now has such a beautiful confidence on and off the dance floor. She is now becoming a well rounded dancer and has picked up a few new styles of dance she was never exposed to. Sarita and Alicia are the complete package. They are professional, compassionate, and knowledgable. As well as Barbara who is a welcoming smile at the door and always willing to help! This studio welcomes every dancer of all different abilities. We love this place!!!
We LOVE the new location. Super nice and clean. The two rooms are HUGE and there is ample space in the waiting area. There is a kids play area, couches, and tables. I am so happy for Sarita and Alicia. It shows how amazing they are by how fast this studio has grown in the few years it’s been open.
