This review is for the store near the Walmart. Everyone knows that Rainbow is bottom of the barrel but you can get some basic pieces for cheap here. However… This location has a habit of changing prices when you get to the register. I just attempted to purchase a blazer with a clear markdown sticker stating $ 15…when I got to the register the clerk said something to the manager who started to insinuate that I changed the price sticker, ripped the sticker off and told me that she could not sell me the blazer for $ 15 because her markdown stickers were pink not green. I walked out without purchasing anything and the foolish manager missed out on a $ 60 sale over a refusal to honor a sale sticker.
