BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE. DISRESPECTFUL. NO CLASS!
I was here 10 minutes ago and a review is a MUST!!!
If I can give this place a negative, I would! Here’s what happened.
My sister and I parked right in front. Went to go buy some drinks around the corner and came back to this salon. I noticed an Asian lady doing color on someone. And another guy at the end cutting some dudes hair. There was a teenage kid with an adult sitting, so you can say that they were not busy.
The Asian lady asked me if she can help us. And I told her I wanted to get a haircut and a possible color. She immediately gave me an attitude, raising her voice telling my sister and I that she couldn’t do it. Her exact words where «No! No! Not today. I am busy. Not today!»
Uhm. Okay??? First of, you did not have to raise your voice at us. How RUDE! The salon hours of operation stated that they were open until 7pm today. And that WALK INS ARE WELCOME!!!
YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TALK TO CUSTOMERS!!!

Drove by this place quite a few times before deciding to give them a try and am so glad I did. I went in one time to grab a business card and really loved Lena’s hair and figured that if she can keep it looking that good, I’m pretty convinced that I can trust her with mine.
I’ve tried a number of places in the area for almost 20 years and even found a couple that I went back to… hits and misses. I’ll get a great haircut one time but can never seem to duplicate the experience even when it’s done by the same person. Happy to say that my search is now over. I’ve seen Lena 3 times now and get lots of compliments after each haircut. I’ve recommended Lena to friends and families. Very reasonable and I only have to tell her what I need once and always comes out just the way I asked for or better. I have fine hair and she manages to make it look as if I have a head full of hair with very low maintenance. Love, love, love this place!
I even walked in one time just as she was heading out the door and was still able to get me in and out in minutes. Hope she stays in the area for a very long time.

Found Lena after 10 years and I am soooooo glad I found her again. I can always count on her to make my hair look good. If you are looking for an awesome hairdresser look no further Lena is your girl. Good, fast and reasonable prices all in one

I loooooveee my haircut that Lena gave me. I did a layered bob which turned out perfect! She was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning and I will definitely be going back to her again possibly for some highlights.

Lena does a fantastic job with haircuts and dye. Her prices are reasonable and she’s available in short notice. She makes sure you are happy with the cut and does a good trim after drying the hair. Her assistant who washes the hair does a fantastic head massage! Highly recommend her over other places in fremont union city!

Did walk in today because I’m having a baby anytime soon and I was happy that Lena accommodated me. She did an amazing job! She cut it that its low maintenance for a new mom buy stylish enough! thanks Lena! I will be back.

I am picky with my hair and always had my hair super Ling and flat iron the waves straight. After having my second child the effort to maintain my hair is just too much. I went here to get my hair cut at a recommendation of my esthician. Lena chopped my hair to my chest in awesome layers and showed me how to embrace my wavy hair instead of fighting it. I love my shorter do and will definitely come back for a color job. I definitely found my new hairdresser in union city now=)

Lena did a great job once again. She has done my hair for about 12 years and there wasn’t a time where she stopped impressing me. She’s the only person that can understand all the hairstyles I want. Kudos to her!

I just left this salon, I love it. Lena helped me as well as a young gentleman who was there that shampooed my hair and helped with styling. I’ve driven by this spot everyday, since it is on my way home. I came in as a walk in and they both were very attentive and happy to help my bad hair I had going on today. From the shampoo until the very end I felt relaxed, and pampered. My hair looks amazing! it’s exactly what I expected. I have been searching for a salon for 5 years in the east bay and I’ve found it. Thank you Lena!!!

I love this place & the head stylist (Lena) always does a great job w/​my hair! I really trust her & on my most recent hair job, she and her son both worked on it. I was really happy with the end result.
Though, admittedly, I was a little nervous about how it would turn out at certain points. Plus my neck & shoulders felt a little like I’d need a massage after, but in the end, I was pleased with how my hair turned out! :)
Even though she’s moved a few times, I always go to Lena, because I know I’ll like how my hair comes out when I put it in her hands ;)
