Marco & Sons Used & New Tires

On my way to work, my brakes basically broke and a loud grinding sound began when I drove any further. I happen to be right outside Marco’s when it happened. I’d never been before, but he immediately came out to help and assess the damage. He was very professional and courteous. Marco even grabbed me a chair so I could sit comfortably while he worked, great customer service is in the little things! He helped me out in a desperate situation and didn’t take advantage of the fact that I really had no other options. When we realized it was going to take longer than expected (because of the parts delivery, not them) his coworker offered me a ride to work — Huge help! Great price, great service — they eliminated every worry I had and resolved the issue within just a few hours.

Stopped by today, as suggested by my sister, who has fixed and bought tires here.
After hitting a curb, my tire was slashed by the impact and I had a total flat in under 10 minutes. After changing the tire to my spare, I came and was greeted by a Nice Guy. He couldn’t patch it up because it was totally busted but he was able to replace it with a pretty good, used tire for 35.00.
I was short on time because I had to get my kids from school and he was nice enough to squeeze me in. Installation and he put the spare in the trunk in under 30 minutes, even thought he had 2 other customers.
I would highly recommend this place to EVERYONE and will definitely go back for tires in the future.
