I have eaten at this restaurant a few time. I have even worked at an IHOP before so, I understand how it works. What I don’t understand is why is it that I can’t get all the food I order Togo in the bag. It’s a foolish mistake for someone to read the ticket say everything thing is in the bag, the main component is missing. I do not suggest this restaurant for Togo orders unless you double check behind the workers.

Took a little while for server to first acknowledge me… but maybe it felt that way because I was starving and I knew what I wanted to order before I got there. Once I ordered, food came out very quickly was hot, fresh and just as I imagined.

Absolutely horrible service received tonight. All the server was paying attention to were the girls that came in after us. Order was messed up, drinks were empty when food was brought out but still never received a refill the whole time we were there. AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS!!!

Ummmm, I guess I went on an awesome day, but the service was excellent and the food was on point. Everything tasted fresh and I was impressed cause I’m not a huge fan of ihop’s. Maybe it was because it was slow and they were able to give our food better attention. I tend to find this true for most ihop’s. NEVERGOTOANIHOPWHENIT’S BUSY!

Nice service, I have been to this establishment for the past year and the service is getting much better. The overnight staff, especially the waiter Sebastian was pleasant and communicated with us doing the process of us waiting for the food. Kudos Sebastian!!! Keep providing the service!

Horrible service!!! Enter at your own risk. Waited 40 minutes for food and when asked where was my order, employee and manager were nonchalant about my wait time. Manager was very rude, server didn’t have on a name tag, etc. I hate they closed the Cracker Barrel in Union city, but from now on I would rather travel more miles than waste my time there!

According to Teneisha’s review this location is a bit of a hit or miss. I’d say that it’s more of a miss than a hit. We had slow service, saw a sugar daddy buying his young sweetie a Rootie Tootie Fresh & Frutiy. The food was good but the service atmosphere, etc. ugh.

This location is a bit of a hit or miss, but then again aren’t all chain resturants? I’ve been here a few times over the course of a year so that should say a little something. Either it was a Fool-Me-Once Situation or the experience just wasn’t «bad» enough to mark it off my list. The serivce there is ok. I can tell that the management is trying to clean it up, but every blue moon I get one of those lame waitresses that I grit my teeth tipping. If you are going because you are craving IHOP food, well that’s exactly what you get. you get food. You get typical IHOP food with typical IHOP service. Nothing magical, just exactly what you pay for.

Just tell me… how do u get a persons entire order wrong and still present them with a check. So I go on an early morning breakfast date… his treat… so already I’m off to a good start. I went to an IHOP a few months ago and really like the nutritional side of the menu and went with the spinish omlett w/mushrooms, roasted tomatos and swiss cheese and a fruit cup. She brings the food to the table and sits it down. Well it must have been all over my face, cause she says… whats wrong… this before I’ve even lifted my fork. She says… do u not like the way the omlett looks… I’m like no… I however do wish the fruit cup was fresher. She says… oh…do u want me to take it back. Now I’m thinkin… if u knew something was wrong with it… why did u bring it to me? Then for some reason, I just couldnt get that omlett to taste like it had tasted before, so I ask for something… sauce…something…she brings me salsa. Cold… and in a little plastic cup with salsa all over the outside of the cup. Then I say… how about some hashbrowns instead of the fruit cups… she says thats fine… brings them back and they are half done. How can that be I wonder… she just placed an order for them… so I sit them to the side. She comes by again… and says… u want some cheese on those hashbrowns??? Aha…thats it. Where the cheese that suppose to be in my omlett? She like oh yeah… it was suppose to have cheese. Do u want me to take it back. How do I say hell naw bobby in IHOP language… so I explain to her that under no circumstance do I send my food back to the kitchen to be «fixed». She takes this moment to assure me that no one is going to do «anything» to my food… which tells me all the more that they probably will. The one high spot… is…me being the COUPONQUEEN… I had a coupon to buy one meal and get the other free… so it worked out… otherwise, I probably would have asked to see the manger… but alas… he was payin… I had the coupon… and I never really have to visit this location again.
