I don’t know. I walked in at 4:00 and asked about dim sum. I was pushed into an unclear sale of half sweet stuff(not what I wanted), and half odd last Of the day savory pastries. I got what the lady said was sticky rice with shrimp and chicken in a leaf, sausage in a bun, something that is six times larger than what I wanted that just feels like low quality food. She pushed it in my hand, $ 10, plus tax $ 11. Okay? OKAY??? I should have left. Waste of money. This food is gross and I question their«safe handling» of food. Room temp buns sitting with meat in them for how long??? Never again!!!

I like the noodle soups they offer during the weekends.

I highly suggest the shrimp dim sum and the potato filled triangles! Be sure to go early, as they often sell out of the shrimp dim sum!

Who would have thought this unassuming little donut shop would be a house for multiple delicacies! I thought it was just a donut shop, but upon reading reviews I found that they also have asian pastries and dim sum AND on the weekends they have Burmese dishes served in the morning until about 1−2PM! The first time I was here I was a little off put by the slightly sticky tables and chairs, which seemed a little sketch and a table in the back filled with various foods(health code violation?), but if you can take it for what it is and overlook that, then You should be fine. I’ve been here a couple times now for their coconut noodle soup and it is SO delicious! Squeeze a bunch of limes and top it off with chili paste sauce and oh my lordie! $ 5.50 per bowl too! What a steal! Definitely will be back next time I’m in the area! Note: watch out for the lady asking if you want milk tea! We thought it was on the house, but they actually charge for it!

Monday morning breakfast including dim sum, chicken feet and donut holes. Owner let me try her own special tea… This is why I love coming back! This white girl loves chicken feet. Delicious

A great place to get dimsum if you’re craving it. the lady who’s managing it is very friendly and would strike a conversation with you and get to know you and this a big Plus for me. I came here around 9:30AM and I wanted to try their dimsum and I told this to the lady so she gave me pieces of dim sum + soda totalling $ 6.00 and it was good. I wanted to try other goodies that they have including the baked goods they also sell but i was in a hurry just passing by here but i told her that I would be back and i just found my New Old standby. You should try this incase you’re in the Union City Area.

Came here and ordered tofu nway, curry chicken noodle dish(forgot the name), shrimp shu mai, and two milk teas for Sunday breakfast(there were two of us). The tofu nway and curry noodle chicken dishes were amazing! Definitely worth a visit.

Good and bad but overall happy. Bad– carrot cake, spring roll, tongue, stomach. Good — crispy tofu shrimp, siumai, hargaw, pork ball noodle soup, mixed noodle dry only on weekend from 9 to 2.

Bomb! I’ve come in here every weekend for the past few months to try something different each time and have not been disappointed. Some of my favorites are the meat ball soup, coconut soup, and curry chicken noodle thing. The meatball soup was probably my favorite even after fearing it would be underwhelming. That wasn’t the case at all. The woman behind the counter isn’t very attentive and is always rushed though so I have mixed feelings about the service. They’re always out of the shrimp dumpling dim sum too which is all I ever want. Oh the donuts are decent too, but it’s hard to mess that up.

Great place to get a snack in the afternoon before going home. Choices are varied but limited like donuts, spring rolls, taro puffs, dimsum, buchi with either Ren bean paste or ground pork, etcetera. Plus you can just hang out and sit and watch some news from CNN. I bought a crueller and a Bavarian cream donut, the lady gave me 5FREE donut holes.

Went here for the first time yesterday. Who would’ve thought a donut place would have some really good dimsum? Did not come here for donuts, came for the shumai! Shumai was bomb! I don’t know what they’re all called but everything I tried was super good! They also have soup but only on the weekends. So it looks like we’re gonna have to come back to give that a try

Come here weekend mornings 9am to 3pm for amazing $ 5 entrée Burmese dishes. As authentic and real as it gets. Skip the $ 30 a person Burma Superstar or SF touristy restaurants and opt for the mom and pop true experience. All the amazing noodle soups are only $ 5 and I loved them all: coconut chicken was ridiculous(think Thai meets Indian), meatball and intestine vermicelli noodle soup was hearty and perfect for a healthy get me up, the fish stew was just perfect with a ton of veggies and unique ingredients. I love it! The other 15 dishes(non soup) are must try as well. They also have dim sum that’s tasty and all the locals come in every weekend. They also have donuts too! 5 stars and the owners are very friendly. Check this place out, mainly weekend breakfast or lunch.

The two stars are for the«Meh. I’ve experienced better» feeling. This is the snack/meal go-to spot when studying at the Decoto Starbucks. I’m not usually down to inhale entrees from L&L and Mr. Kebab so it’s nice to have this dim sum-donut shop around the corner to take-out bits of stuff here and there. The dim sum is okaaaay. Nothing phenomenal. I just like being able to order one of each thing rather than getting a tray of three at places like Mayflower. I really like carbs so I tend to gravitate towards the bleached white buns. The $ 2.00 combo bun is whatever; I’ve had bigger and better for much cheaper in Chinatown. The regular meat-filled buns are okay but there isn’t much filling. The round taro pastry I had was alright. Nice flaky outside and thick, taro paste on the inside. I’m avoiding some of the weird-sounding ones like«honey pastry.» I’ll see if the donuts are better since the shop name begins with«Donut Delight.» VERDICT: Don’t go out of your way for this place. If you’re close by and want a cheap, take-out dim sum or donut fix, sure, come here.

Good doughnuts, but wait, there’s more. Dim sum, traditional south East Asian pastries and on the weekends; secret menu items. Get there early on the weekends for the secret items because they go fast. I used to swing by and pick up doughnuts on the way to work(we do this when we’re running a tish bit late) until I talked to Jennifer who works there. I then tried the dim sum and wow! Very good! As I frequented this establishment more and more, I got to know the owners a bit. Very friendly and they will make you try everything(lol). I then stumbled across the secret menu items on the weekends. Get there at 10:00am or you’ll miss out. Traditional«street food» from Burma. My favorites are the Seafood Soup and the Coconut Soup. Both are to DIEFOR! My kids even love both. Whatever your craving; doughnuts, dim sum or Burmese food, you have to come here at the very least for the experience. Awesome food and even better people. A «must try» in my book for a unique, exquisite experience.

Solid selection of donuts, great selection of Asian baked goods, and satisfying selection of Dim Sum to go! Our first time here and walked away very satisfied of our purchases. Under $ 20 bought us 5 donuts, 12 giant pieces of dumplings, 2 giant egg rolls, 2 steamed pork buns. And the best part? All were delicious! We will definitely add this place as a go-to when craving donuts and dim-sum to go. The quality of the dim sum was better than the to-go selection at Ranch 99. Next time, can’t wait to try the Burmese Chinese food.

I have to first say, I’m not Burmese, so may not be accurate in my review, which is all based on how I liked the dishes and what I think of the service. Been here a couple of times already. Always with Burmese friends, who know what to order. Wide selection of things to eat. The owner, Jenny is great, always tell us what’s good to eat. Here’s what we’ve ordered and tried: –Meatballs and pig intestines noodle soup — not bad. Better if the mealtballs were marinated before cooking in the noodle soup. –Shrimp noodle salad — salty, but tasty. –Fried tofu — pretty good. –Salty cookies — salty and sweet. It’s ok. –Fried black sticky rice patties — It’s ok. –Shumai — good, bigger than most dim sum restaurants. –Fried stuffed tofu — good. –Fried pork and shrimp roll wrapped in seaweed — good.

It’s a small shop, they carry donuts as well as other pastries and food. The donuts are legit, very good but honestly they don’t have much of a variety and that’s kind of a bummer. I got a maple raised donut and they threw in a few donut holes in the bag and that was nice of them to do. This donut shop also has lottery and have scratchers, my fav! That’s a plus along with the tv. So you can eat you donuts and drink your coffee while watching the news and playing lotto. What more can you ask for! Lol. I would come back for the donuts because they are good but I would still like to see more of a variety to choose from.

I came here on my lunch break craving dim sum but nobody to eat with so I was ecstatic there was a dim sum to go place. This place may look like your average donut place from the outside, but once you go inside, its much more. The have asian pastries, donuts, and dimsum! I came a little too late for dimsum. There were only a couple pieces still left shumai and pork dumplings. They were pretty good. I hope to come here earlier next time to get what I really want. Like har gow and steamed pork buns. The pricing isn’t too bad either. The pieces are huge. 3 shumai had me full.

A real gem for Burmese food which is served on weekends only. I can’t say anything about the donuts or Chinese food. I got the Chicken Paratha, Shan Kau Swe(sticky noodles with chicken), and the Mandalay noodle(super spicy rice noodles with pork). Everything was really good and each item averaged around $ 5. That’s a steal if you ask me. Everything tasted very homemade and I have a feeling that they get paratha from the same place that my parents used to. It tastes so similar and fresh. They also have a TV inside which is atypical for a donut shop but makes it even more comfortable to dine-in if you are eager to watch a game.

Here you can find a ton of dim sum, no, a massive amount of dim sum for a very low cost. The establishment is not a warm and comfortable sit down eat environment but its great to pick up and take home. The noddle soup is great and the dim sum is perfect for the price. All of the shrimp items they have to offer are tip top. The doughnuts are all good.
