Del Rosario Rene, DMD

It has been twenty three years now since I have been going to Drs. Rene and Grace Del Rosario. Through the many years, I had received tons of praises with my own set of teeth. They are not perfect, but compliments the dynamics of my face very well. And that’s what I always hear from either one of them, each person should wear their «own» smile. Yes, the service that they provide is very personalized, & have always strived for quality. This was a major factor for me in considering to move here to SF (from San Diego). Reaching their emergency number after office hours in my 23 years experience has never been an issue. It’s like they devote their lives in healing and making us feel and look good. I would like to make it clear that I am not a close family member to any of them, but just a really happy, satisfied customer for 23 years and going!

I love the fact that the receptionists are always friendly & always smile. Very welcoming once you open the door & they remember my name. Which is a plus! I like the set up of the waiting area too. The couches are comfy. It’s also kid friendly too because there’s a fish tank for them to look at & also the TV is usually set to Disney for them to watch.
Once you enter the main area, you get your own private area & personal TV to watch. After you take the photos of your teeth, they numb your mouth & say they’ll be back in 10mins… Which ends up being about 30 – 40 min wait. I remember on multiple occasions, I would take a quick nap & wake up still waiting. There was also a point when my mouth wasn’t numb anymore & to avoid the wait I would just let them clean my teeth. I wouldn’t mind the wait if they checked in from time to time, but I’m just left alone… Which is why I’m able to nap.
The dental assistant & dentist are usually friendly & try to make conversation as they clean your teeth.
& the bathrooms are super clean by the way!
They are really great at follow-​up. They will call you everyday so answer on the first call. They are also always nice about it.
I never like waiting so long at the dentist.

The best dental work I have ever had. I have been seeing them at their Newark locations for a few years now and have never had any problems. One of the things I like best is how friendly all of the staff are. Also, I never have to wait very long.

I am a Practice Manager for an OB/​Gyn and so I tend to be quite critical and observant when I go to other offices. However, I was extremely impressed from the moment I walked into this office with the warm smiles and welcoming atmosphere that greeted me. Dr. Rene was amazing and comforting. I am a very nervous patient and actually usually have close to panic attacks at dentist’s chairs. But somehow, his office staff, dental assistants, hygienist and Dr. Rene himself gave me that «relax, you’re in good hands» feel and I went through a whole session without any heart palpitations at all! This was in 40 years my best dental experience ever! Very friendly and respectful staff, DA’s, hygienist and Dr. Rene all have excellent chair side manners. I HIGHLY recommend this practice without hesitation what so ever.
