went there late night, they say there are 24 hours and no one is there to help you after 12am. I went there twice, and happen both times!!! :-(

I’ll have to say to Kimberly S that whatever customer service she received back in 2012 is now gone in 2014. I got the evil eye the moment I walked in the door a greeted with «what» when I walked to the counter to order. There’s a reason that BK is running a distance 2nd. to McDonald’s this doesn’t help them gain any ground. Besides there are too many other food choices over here to deal with attitude..

First time at this location. Very friendly, whoppers were yummy… but the fries were cold.
It curbed my Whopper fix for a few weeks.
The lobby was nice and clean.

This place is packed in the afternoons, and open late. But don’t count on being able to use a debit card in the wee hours as they frequently ‘close the register’ for change over, which honestly is a scam for employees to pocket cash on orders during a certain window imo.
The food is typically fresh and for some reason this BK is somewhat cheaper overall, could be the location. They have messed up a handful of my orders so I typically pull forward and double check everything, twice.
If you must stop in feel free, just check your order before you pull away!

The customer service is good but I can’t say that the food is all that great. My mom likes to have a Whopper every once in a while. But I honestly would rather hit up the Sonic’s right down the street. :)
The food was warm and presentable but I guess I just don’t care for the taste. But the order was correct.
