Took my family there for dinner on Friday. Was intended to be Mothers Day dinner. 9 of us went in and were seated. We waited for 15 minutes and did not receive menus, or even an acknowledgment. There were several empty tables after we sat down and I counted 4 employees who passed us without even looking at us. We left and went to a near by restaurant that was packed, we received excellent service there. Why not at Primos?

Our pasta meals were very good and our server was friendly. However, the manager insisted we be charged extra for house salads because we used one of their coupons given to us at our hotel. This was not printed on the coupon, nor did the server explain there would be an up charge when ordering. I did not appreciate the deception.

Very simple, comfortable, but a great menu and food is outstanding. Prices decent, service excellent. We make it here at least once a month from Johnson City. It’s worth the trip.

Good food –great staff — It’s not a chain from what I could see and didn’t taste pre-​pre pared –Had Bow tie chicken festival –very nice –wife had the eggplant –again very nice

Typical chain style italian restaurant. Not horrible but nothing special. Food is pre-​prepared by Sysco (which it says on menu) so true italian taste isnt happening. But some plates are pretty good. Prices, service and atmosphere are good so all in all not a bad place.

Great Italian food. Try the garlic knots. Prompt friendly service. Only thing we didn’t like was the checkout @ the front door. Just a little crowded. Definately will stop again if in the area again.
