Horrible, horrible service. Our hot tub, which we bought from them, sprung a leak in January. They finally came out to pick it up in the middle of MAY!!! They said they had to wait for the snow to melt at their shop. Our tub was fully accessible all winter long. Snow’s been gone in Montville since March, easily. Three weeks later, the tub was dropped off and now we have to schedule a tech to come hook it up! Are you kidding???
NEVER AGAIN!
DONT buy from these guys unless you can fix everything yourself.

The owner/​managers are rude and condescending. The products are overpriced, and although the staff can be somewhat helpfull, but never friendly, keep selling me the wrong parts for my filter. I have to keep coming back to return what doesn’t fit. When I stated the parts didn’t fit correctly the manager stated «nobody else has a problem with it» and walked away.

Not always quick to make a service call, if they can diagnose the problem over the phone so you can make the fix they will do so!

Unreliable. I phoned to order a cover for my pool and arrange for closing. I received a voice mail message stating they’d be there first thing on Saturday morning. I phoned early that day to confirm and was told they wouldn’t be there until around 1 p.m. Around 3 p.m. they phoned to say they wouldn’t be coming. Won’t be hiring them!

Awesome, Ronnie as always is willing to help and is very accomodating. This is the only place I’ll shop for pools/​spas in SECT.
