Nothing pisses you off or stresses you out more than having your car break down in the beginning of a road trip. My girlfriend and I were three hours in to a 12 hour drive when we were stranded in Ukiah, on a 105 degree day.
Mark «rescued» us and made a bad situation as good as it could be. He arrived within 30 minutes of being dispatched, and did his best to make us feel at ease. We enjoyed our conversation during the 75 minute ride to the dealership, even though his truck’s air conditioning wasn’t working at the time. My impressions were that Mark is a genuinely nice, courteous guy who takes pride in his work. I have to say it was a totally unexpected pleasure to meet him, and it was perhaps the only bright spot during that ordeal.

It would be impossible to leave a review high enough for Advantage Towing. Mark got my husband and I out of a real bind. It was the Saturday before Veterans Day, and we were on our way to the shore when our car broke down 20 miles from Ukiah. The sun was going down. It was getting cold, and our car had no heat. After calling three towing companies (who swore at us for calling on Veterans Day weekend), one of the guys we called insisted that we call Advantage.
Mark left dinner to pick us up. He was kind. His rates were very reasonable. He dropped us off at an auto parts store and recommended a hotel. In the morning, after it was determined that my husband couldn’t fix our car himself, Mark was not only gracious about having his Sunday morning interrupted, he even recommended a mechanic, towed us to the shop, and drove us to the bus station. The mechanic he recommended was incredible, and Mark called when our car was done to make sure we were okay.
