I trained with Ellen aka N2Shape a few years back when she offered a boot camp in the apartment complex I lived in. BEST WORKOUTS ever.
After about 5 years and 30 lbs gained, I decided it was time to get back into the kind of shape that only Ellen was able to get me into, thanks to her focus, dedication and never-​say-​never attitude.
I reached out to her a couple of months ago, and she was able to work around my schedule, and set me up with a fitness assessment. She introduced me to her partner, Michelle, who is my new trainer, while Ellen serves as my coach.
The commitment and dedication of both these outstanding trainers is beyond reproach, and if you are on the fence about getting a personal trainer, try out N2Shape, and you will believe! I did, and am well on my way to attaining my fitness goals.
