DONOT use Topline Granite. Customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. Not only did they chip my counter during instillation, but the cut edge was all Chipped as well and they did not bother to recut it. After they finally came out and TRIED to fix it(still looks like shit) never got a phone call to ask how it went, just 20 calls and emails hounding for the $ 150 balance that was owed on an awful job they did. We were shopping around for Granite and got the quotes from 3 – 4 different companies. The price here at Top Line was good and so was the customer support. Really had a good experience with these guys. Felipe, who helped us with our order, was patient enough to show all the different stones and explain the difference between each type. We shopped around during the December holiday season, but the installation time was reasonably quicker. The installation guys were really polite and did a perfect job. Felipe came by to check out the installation and gave us some good tips to maintain the stone. No complaints, really satisfied with the work. Would recommend to a friend.

I feel compelled to write a review, to offer another customers opinion, even though it has been a few years since I used Top Line. When I used Top Line I thought they were terrific from the moment I stepped foot on their lot through to completion of the project. The sales staff was knowledgeable and courteous telling me everything I needed to know about granite and more. The yard is laded with granite slabs to pick from. You actually pick your slab(s), which was kind of fun. Depending on the size of the job, I was told how many slabs would be needed, and how many seams to expect. Once I selected my granite type, Uba Tuba, we then went through all slabs to find the two that most closely resembled each other in color definition. The sales rep was extremely patient with us as my wife and I never agree on anything. Once the slabs were selected, I was told when they could be delivered and installed, so I could coordinate with my kitchen cabinet contractor. They showed up on time and did a great job, with no problems. The seams are barely noticeable. Sorry the other reviewer had a bad experience. But mine was the complete opposite and I have recommended Top Line to family and friends. I give four stars, and I feel like I am being stingy, let’s call it 4.5.

If there could be no star and I could tell you had bad this company I would make this a no star review. I am a residential /commercial broker and have been for fifteen years. I chose this granite company from a referral from my cabinet company. HUGE mistake. I chose blanco white as my granite. I waited many years as a single parent to do my kitchen. New cabinets came I went to pick out granite and it all went down hill from there. The granite arrives not in seven days but two weeks later. Ok it’s the holiday season I can be patient. So granite comes and they bring in and the hit water valve under sink and water shoots everywhere. They smash light on ceiling with gusher of water and glass goes everywhere. The cabinets that are new are soaked. I give the two installers a towel and they ask me what is it for. And I tell them to dry off my new cabinets. They continue on after cleaning broken glass and drying cabinets. One gentlemen spends his whole time in my down stairs bathroom. Who knows. They install granite and the seam is in wrong location. One less seam than they said I would have and I have now two different mismatched pieces of granite. One half is the piece I picked out and obviously the other half is someone else. This is why the seems are in the wrong location. Company, owner eddy and rep Wellington promised to take care if. As soon as checks passed they told me to call my attorney. That I picked out a granite that is difficult to match they are satisfied with the job they did and they will no t replace the bad granite. I now have an attorney and am also filing at small claims court. Not only am I dissatisfied with the customer service. The lying. I know what quality is. I know what matching granite looked like and I know granite can be matched. Do not under any circumstances ever use this company. They bad they lie.
