I went to return an item today. A disturbingly poor experience. I returned a $ 50 item and received $ 49 back on my credit card. The manager said I had been given a lady Grace discount… and the 1 dollar was from the discount on the item I returned. When I purchased items no one said a thing about any discount including the this same manager who was present and chatting to me during the clerk’s charging my account at purchase. Further, at this return visit, the manager went into the back of the store and retrieved my credit card slip that has not yet been processed to my account! Something is really rotten in this picture… So not 4 stars but 1 or less. Do not buy in this store… I am going to be watching my credit card statement closely and may even request a new credit card number from MasterCard.

I have been going to Lady Grace for many years. I love the staff as they are always helpful and don’t push anything on you. I like it that I do not have to dress back up to find something else. They have shipped items to my home for no extra cost when they don’t have something in stock.
And if you wait for one of their quarterly sales and join their loyalty club, you can get things for a more reasonable fee. No, it’s not cheap, but I’m willing to pay for this service.
