My family of four has been coming to this location at least 5 years. Love this whataburger. The staff is friendly, accommodating, fast, professional and the food is always great. The sweet tea is always fresh, restrooms are clean, tables in dining room are kept clean as well. No complaints. We will keep returning to our favorite, Whataburger again and again.

How I miss Whataburger. I moved to WA State and the second I got into Tyler my family took pity on me and stopped at this location. I grew up in North Tyler so I am very familiar with the area. I was very pleased with the service and food we got. They had plenty of the awesome ketchup that I crave. ;-)

Really. You are reading a review about Whataburger? It is whataburger. Here is how you end up here: 1 consume alcohol, 2. find friend who is not annoyed with you because you probably consumed too much alcohol, 3. Order through drive through, 4. Eat meal on floor of dwelling, and 5. pass out. This is also a good option for people low on funds or in a hurry.

If I want a decent fast food cheeseburger, this is the place I go. I like their buns(although there’s a little too much bread). Their fries are fairly decent too. Compared to Burger King, Jack in the Box, or Mc Donalds, their burgers are the best by far. I would put them neck and neck with In-and-Out Burger. They both have their strengths and weaknesses – In-and-Out has more options on how you can customize the burger and I think they use slightly better quality ingredients, and has WAY better fries, but their food is too salty, Whataburger fills you up better(probably because of the bigger bun) and isn’t quite as greasy. Also, like most of the fast-food in Tyler, Whataburger has Diet Dr. Pepper(yay!). I’ve never actually been inside, but this location’s drive-thru is usually fairly efficient, and the people working the window are generally polite and easy to understand.
