I’ve had surgery here twice, once to remove an impacted tooth (age 14) and the other to remove my 3 wisdom teeth (age 22). Both went very well the doctors and assistants were very nice. One of my wisdom teeth go dry socket while healing but that’s not their fault and when I called to tell them they scheduled me an appointment for the next day to get treatment free of charge.

The front office at Tyler Oral Facial Surgery assume more power than they should. For instance, I paid cash at the time of the visit, but my insurance approved an amount that was $ 200 less I tried negotiating with them, to no avail. After contacting the Texas Dept of Insurance they investigated and agreed I am owed a refund of $ 200. Getting through to the owners is nigh impossible. Unfortunately, the doctor (s) doesn’t know what the front office is doing and, so far, I am out of luck.
