I’d just relocated to Tyler and had need of a new sofa. Upon entering Swann’s I was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating sales person. She was very knowledgable and the furniture was well built, doweled, hardwood frames, many options with hand wound springs and down cushions. I selected a clearance item that was in stock, it is very well built and comfortable. It was in stock, after purchase was
Immediately loaded into their delivery truck and delivered in less than an hour. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I received some of the best service I’ve ever received here. Another reviewer gives a poor review and mentions attire. I was dressed in a polo shirt, flip flops, and shorts. I was by no means radiating the image of wealth. I feel compelled to write this review because the service was so excellent.

We travelled from Longview to shop at Swann’s for a new sofa sectional. Their customer service specializes in personally assisting you with a beautiful selection of custom fabrics. In addition to many options when planning your sofa sectional. The only draw back was waiting 8 weeks for the furniture but we are very happy with our purchase.

The only reason this store is getting 1 star is because there is no option to give 0. The furniture is very nice and seems high quality, a bit overpriced, but still very nice. Walking in I was never greeted or offered any assistance. The sales people seemed very snobby and pretended not to see me. I had money to spend to furnish my new home, but I would rather spend it at an establishment where the workers won’t overlook you for not shopping in a tuxedo. Great furniture, but horrible, stuck up ‘designers’. Will not return.
