I came in on the 20^th to drop off an application and deposit and never personally heard back it is the 31^st and I needed a place asap so I had to look for another place. When I called to speak to someone about getting my deposit back I was entertained by someone very obnoxious and rude on the phone. She explained that she called my mother (who is just the guarantor) and told her I was approved. But I was never personally told and I am the person who would have been living there. She said a 72hour notice must be given to receive the deposit back well I was never even informed personally by you all. When I explained that the very rude just laughed and said okay yeah sure she is just a guarntor which she is if the dummy would read the form she filled out. I should be receiving my deposit back and will be calling daily until it is done
