This place is absolutley horrible. It is over priced, the food is horrific, and the service is non-existant. My friend and I ordered the $ 9.99 nachos and they consisted of cold tortilla chips, un-melted shredded cheese, and seven small pieces of semi-warm fajita meat. Personally, if I was the server/bartender I would have returned them to the kitchen out of sheer embarrassment. Unfortunately, the server/bartender took zero pride in her job as i heard her drop multile F-bombs in casual conversations with her co-workers. Needless to say, I will never return and I suggest you avoid this place like the plauge.

We really like this place. For a local bar it’s very nice. The staff is always friendly. The food is typical bar food– pizza, tacos, nachos, etc and it’s not bad at all. I totally recommend this place for a local hangout and it’s a great place to watch all the big games.

Food is okay. Their salsa and chips are a terrible deal. No refills and tastes like it is out of jar that expired long ago. Hamburgers were ok. You would expect more from sports bar. Service is lacking. Take forever to serve you(in all three cases where we went there). The atmosphere is good. Lots of TVs and all the good games.

Wow!!! Mandy did an excellent job serving us. The fish tacos were amazing! The fish was light and flaky. The bacon wrapped jalepano’s were spicy and full of flavor. Their poinsettia drinks were delightful! The place is clean, the owner was present. All in all, one of my top picks so far in Tyler. Better yet, a lot of Harley’s were there too! We’ll be back!

Food is ridiculously good in a low key atmosphere– we had the special which was a pork chop with a pear ale glaze and it was amazing. Had chicken fajita and pulled pork tacos that had enough flavor to carry themselves up against some other amazing food. I can’t imagine being dissatisfied with anything on the menu. Plenty of TVs with the football games on and a bar menu to match. We will be back!

Love this place! I’ve had many different items from the menu and all were great. The wait staff is very attentive. Live music on the weekends. A great party atmosphere especially when Texas Rebellion Is playing.

I was impressed. The wings were fairly priced but really small. The drinks weren’t strong and the taste of the food was nonexistent.

Really enjoy this place. Yes when they first opened, the service was a little rough like any place. They have really upped their game. The food is outstanding. I have not had a bad thing off the menu. Burger, tacos, pizza and steak fingers. All amazing. The bartenders are great. Get to know them and they will take care of you. They are really great at remembering a face. Management is really friendly as well. Give it a second chance if you went months ago, and if you have never been, I think you will be really pleased.

Over priced for everything. Loud bands play in front of the«biggest HD screen in east Texas» during big sporting events. Did I say all drinks and food are over priced. Add in a geriatric crowd and you got Yourself a real high priced nursing home. Oh and yes service is as terrible as it can get.

Just had a drink poured that had a fly in it when served. We received no apology, not even a single word from the bartender. He just made a second drink and passed it to us with nothing said. Not great service or drinks

I don’t know why they’ve got so many negative reviews. They have a very decent selection for a pub fare. My husband and I ordered the street tacos which weren’t bad at all. I always order mine with no pico because I can’t stand raw onions. One of my tacos came with pico which is not unusual for me. I just put it aside as usual but then the waiter noticed and offered to change it for a new one. I didn’t accept because I’m all against wasting food but thought it was a very nice gesture. We will definitely come back!

My husband and I ate lunch here about a month after they opened. I had a salad and I loved it. My husband had the chicken fried steak and he said it was too dry, over cooked chewy piece of meat. He did not enjoy it at all. We have not returned. The staff seemed uninformed and frazzled. Maybe because they were still new at the time.

A lot of people rip this place, due to service. Personally, I thought our group of 4 had great service, last Friday evening. The place was packed due to the NCAA tourney, but our server was on top of it. Not to mention, she had great product knowledge, and spouted off every draft beer, w/o having to look at the taps. The food was a huge disappointment though. Our apps were really bland, and my steak fingers were nothing better than what you’d find at your local Dairy Queen I also really didn’t care to listen to a band warm up, while we were watching NCAA games, that, in my opinion, were more interesting than the old geezers that were set to play. Not to mention– the band had their equipment strewn throughout the hallways where the bathrooms are. I had to literally step over band equipment to go urinate. Fun! Good service, great atmosphere(for watching games), and a decent beer, and liquor, selection will lure me back in. Unfortunately, it appears as though they need some help in the kitchen. 3.5 stars.

First off I realize this is a sports bar and shouldn’t expect too much with professional staff and service. However when the place is only at 20% capacity I would expect a table of 3 would take less than an hour to get your food. I ordered the pork tacos and the tortillas were hard and the pork was cold. Have eaten there a couple of times before with similar circumstances. Doesn’t even deserve one star but that’s the minimum I could give. Sorry, but third and last time I’ll eat there. Peace out.

Sorry, but not impressed. The service was terrible and the food wasn’t much better. It was busy the night we visited, but that doesn’t compensate for a server that can’t remember to bring the drinks from the bar, or possibly even order them in the first place until we have asked multiple times. No one at the table was entirely happy with our food and I guess that’s just the way it is after reading some of the other reviews. There was a band setting up and the hour and a half that we were there, they were testing the instruments. It was incredibly annoying, and we may not have minded if we were getting service during that time. Don’t think we will try Republic IceHouse on our next visit to Tyler!

A few bad reviews on here but i don’t get it. It’s a solid sports bar. Don’t expect the best bar food you’ve ever had, but do expect a lot of TVs with game audio on. Great horseshoe bar design. Christin bartender very friendly, attentive and smiley. Give this place a try if it’s a sports watching event you’re into. You prob should pass if it’s fine dining you’re looking for.

Definitely a fun atmosphere. Bar staff was attentive and professional. Not getting overrun by kids, so far. A good mix of 20-somethings and an older crowd. I feel the place will do well and plan on visiting any time I come to Tyler. Good Luck, Gary and crew!

Lots of 1 stars I see. I make it a point not to visit a business in the first couple of weeks… too many bugs to work out. No reason to get pissy and expect 100% satisfaction straight out of the gate. It hardly ever happens. Tyler has been lacking for this type of place. It has a large bar connecting by open garage doors to a patio. Lots of TV’s, and I noticed a pool table and some arcade games. On a Sunday afternoon we got good service and the food came out on time. The fare is typical bar/pub-grub. Nothing standing out to make me want to return just for the food. 10 draft beer selections. Five commercial swill/Five micro selections. The swill was $ 3 per pint, the micro’s $ 4.75. Come for the atmosphere and patio. Because this place is near UT, I’m concerned it will get taken over by obnoxious kids. We will see.

This place has a long way to go before I want to come back. 2 of us at the table, both orders missing ingredients as listed on menu, served barely warm. When I pointed out to the guy who brought our orders to us, he ARGUED with me about sometimes the menu doesn’t really reflect what gets served. HUH? Also overpriced.
