The food is consistently good which is often so hard for fast food places to accomplish. They are always very friendly too. First time I saw the secret sauce I thought it looked weird but I am glad I gave it a chance because now I love that stuff! They should sell it by the bottle!

The Raising Canes that I’m use to cooks the food fresh but lately the Tyler location seems to get it wrong sometimes. The chicken strips are really good along with the fries, coleslaw and toast but when its not being prepared fresh its just another fast food chain that takes your money and throw any product at you and expect you to be happy that they are a least giving you food. The customer service can be a little up and down at times but when you caught the right time and crew you will have some awesome food along with first class customer service.

Me and my husband are obsessed with this place we go here like every Friday the chicken is always fresh and tastes amazing, I love the special sauce. The only bad thing I can really say about is, it’s small on the inside and the tea sometimes isn’t as sweet as I would like and the lemonade sometimes isn’t as tangy and sweet as I would like. Sometimes tastes watered down! But other than that fantastic place and always fast to serve!

Service was friendly and on point. The food here is always consistent and some of the best chicken strips out there. The guy in the drive-through went above and beyond to be friendly and fun even at a busy lunch time.

Kentucky fried chicken blows Raising Cane away. KFC has bisquits, corn, mashed potatoes and Gravy !!!

Great place simple menu items. Tea is wonderful, try half sweet tea /lemonade. Chicken and canes sauce is great! This place was great when it first came here. Food has been cold the last two times I have been there. I have given feedback and they have fixed my order each time.

It’s chicken strips, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw, and sweet tea, it’s really pretty simple. You have to just being trying hard to screw it up. I happen to enjoy the Cane’s sauce, myself. The staff is always friendly and enjoyable, and I never leave hungry. I will definitely return.

Food is pretty solid but it’s really not that much different from chicken express aside from the«special» sauce and crinkle-cut fries. I think their combo meals pack a lot of food so you will be filled in no time.

Simple and decent. Chicken strips and fries were hot and fresh. Their sauce is overrated but if they were to add different sauces the place would be better. Overall its not too bad, real good sweet tea

It’s a simple idea but done great. You have strips with white breast meat, crinkle fries, Texas toast and if you want coleslaw. That is it. No burgers, no breakfast no steak, no tofu JUSTCHICKEN. The sauce is really good and you can substitute fries for cole slaw if you don’t like salad with chicken. I would watch lunch and early dinner hours if you are in a hurry.

I am a huge fan of Canes. One of my favorite places to go. But last night I was highly disappointed. As me and my boyfriend pulled up, before I even got to the speaker I was greeted. Again before I could even roll down my window. We always order the same thing. Our same combos with extra sauces and toasts. I ordered my meal first and was immediately cut off with a repeat of my order and ready to be given my total. I had not finished ordering. Furthermore, this continued as I tried to order our meal. Cut off after every word and was thrown my total for me to pull up. She was very anxious to get me in and out of that drive thru. If she would have stopped and listened I could have given her my full order with no confusion. So as we get home with our meals, we are yet again disappointed. Our food was cold. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and the fries were worse. They left out all of our extras we had asked and paid for. Very disappointed. Hope they get things better. I’m not sure if we will be back.

This was the worst meal I’ve ever had. It was like some bad Saturday Night Live skit. Cole slaw, extra. French fries? I’ve had better in a freshman dorm cafeteria. This zoom-zoom special sauce? Ranch dressing or some permutation thereof. Do yourself a favor. If you have a jones for fried chicken, take 20 bucks and burn it in Cane’s parking lot. Then go to Popeye’s and get spicy chicken fried to perfection and a whole fast food«meal.» At least then, going to Cane’s would have been memorable.

Food was good. Nothing special. The Cane Sauce was interesting & pretty good. It doesn’t have enough selection of items to eat though. The prices were way too high for mediocre food. Not nasty, but not better than Chic-Fil-A’s chicken. I won’t go out of my way to eat there again.

Simple but great. I don’t understand the ones complaining that it’s just chicken fingers… that’s the name of the place it’s what they sell.

I don’t get it. This place has been mobbed at lunch time since it opened, so I expected something special. I tried the 3 finger combo, consisting of three chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, and a drink. The signature chicken was all good quality breast meat. It was flavorless and a little dry. The sauce was a nice addition. The crinkle cut fries were standard frozen fries. The flavorful toast was actually the star of the meal. The restaurant was clean, the people friendly, and my food was served hot and after a reasonable wait. Overall, a pleasant experience, but the food was just not something to get excited about.

Cluck Cluck Cluck. If you need Unilocal to tell you about fried yard bird, then by all means let me break it down for you. Chicken strips, frozen fries and toast. Oh, and some pink ranch jizzum sauce for dipping. That pretty much sums up the menu. Are the strips good? It’s freakin FASTFOOD people. The strips are no better/worse than Chick Fil A or Chicken Express.

I love Canes. Best chicken strips in town and the dipping sauce is great. I loved the Texas toast as well. As others have said, the fries aren’t anything special. That’s not to say they aren’t good, they are just plain. First visit to this location was today. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I will be back.

Pretty good food here. The chicken strips blend extremely well with the sauce, and the Texas toast is to die for. Nothing special about the fries though. I’ve made better frozen fries than what I had there. But overall, it isn’t really worth the price; I don’t see my self returning often over chick fil a. Especially when it’s about $ 17 if you want to pay for two people who just want chicken strips. When it could be equal to or less than $ 10 at chick fil a.
