Hollyview Apartments

There are no words to describe this apartment complex. It’s very old and in need of several updates. The current manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I’m very upset that she released personal information about me to a prospective tenant that had know idea I lived here. Because this person knew me, they called and said they decided not to move in for that reason. It’s very unprofessional to release my name and employer.
I’ve lived in several apartments over the past 15 years and I’ve never had maintenance and others make so many frequent announced and unannounced visits. I’ve come home to find maintenance in my apartment with no known emergency. I’ve also came home and a note was left from maintenance claiming that they changed some fixtures. They also used my toilet without flushing. It might sound petty to some but it was an absolute violation to me.
The apartments comes with a washer and dryer. They both have to be the cheapest on the market. It requires drying your clothes all night to dry. There are so many things I could tell but I don’t have enough time or space. The apartments may be cheap but it comes with a sacrifice of Dignity and Respect. Since I’m forced to give a star I’ll give a 1.
